Cosy apartment in the center of Bled

The apartment is a part of a single family villa house. The apartment is actually a guests suite since It has its own entry doors separated from the main house and offers all features you may need for your comfortable stay and privacy. It is surrounded by evergreen garden that provides a tranquil space during your stay. Guests can use the garden within premises. The guests suite is positioned on a garden floor/Souterrain with windows overlooking the garden. You will have your own covered parking spot inside the gated yard. The apartment is equipped with all household appliances, cutlery, dishes, bed linens, towels, Internet service, large flat screen TV. The guests suite consists of one bedroom with king size bed, living room that can turn into separate bedroom with two beds (one sofa bed on springs that feels like classical mattress 200 cm x 130 cm) and auxiliary bed with latoflex and 2 layers of foam, one thick foam and memory foam so you can modify the softness of the bed, the size is 190 cm x 80 cm). Than we have a kitchen with dining area, bathroom and a foyer.
Large grocery store and a bakery are just arround the corner only 2 min away by foot. The first touristic agency is only a stone throw away. They organize rafting on 2 nearby white water rivers, guided tours to Triglav National Park, paragliding, zip line, mountain bike rentals, horseback riding etc. The lake and all the infrastructure is only a few minutes away by foot.

Fantastic! Would highly recommend.
We had a fantastic stay here. The property has a great location as it's less than 10 minutes away from the beautiful lake and 5 minutes away from a large supermarket. The flat itself had everything we needed and it stayed cool during the very hot weather! Matej was an excellent host; he was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank-you Matej!

Bel emplacement à Bled
Nous avons dès la réservation eu des contacts avec Matej qui est le propriétaire, et à notre arrivée, il nous attendait, il parle Anglais, Allemand, et l'Italien. De bons conseils et un suivi de sa part durant tout le séjour sans être non plus "trop" présent. L'appartement est bien équipé, très propre, mais en entre sol, ce qui veut dire que par temps chaud c'est agréable, mais pour les deux premiers jours avec pluie, il y faisait un peu frisquet et humide. A distance de marche du centre de Bled, il est au calme et proche des magasins. Je recommande ce logement.

Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah (ca 7 Gehminuten) und dennoch ruhig. Die Wohnung hatte alles, wie in der Ausschreibung beschrieben und war sehr gepflegt. Der Gastgeber Matej war sehr freundlich und hilsbereit. Er gab uns prima Ausflugstipps. Wir können den Gastgeber und die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Herr Matej hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Von dort aus lässt sich alles zu Fuß erledigen. Da wir mit dem Auto viel unterwegs waren, haben wir den Garten mit Terrasse wenig genutzt.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Eine wunderbare Woche in Bled
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Unser Gastgeber war immer sehr freundlich und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und bietet genügend Platz. Schade ist nur, dass im Inserat nicht erwähnt wird, dass sich die Wohnung im Basement befindet und es keinen direkten Zugang zur Terrasse gibt. Dafür konnten wir den Garten benützen. Das soll den guten Eindruck nicht trüben, das Positive überwiegt bei weitem.

Great location, quiet and comfortable
Wir haben uns über den herzlichen Empfang sehr gefreut und viele gute Tips von Matej bekommen! Die Wohnung ist ruhig, angenehm kühl und sehr gut ausgestattet. Gleich am Ankunftstag sind wir noch 6 km um den See gelaufen, weil es dort so schön war.

Alles wunderbar
Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub, alles passte. Matej ist besonders nett, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Er hat uns mit vielen nützlichen Infos zur Umgebung versorgt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist top. Der See ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und Supermärkte und ein Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Parkplatz für Auto und Fahrräder steht auf dem abschließbaren Hof zur Verfügung. Ebenso gehören ein Balkon und Garten noch zur Wohnung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The soutaraine flat is clean and equipped with everything needed. Especially the kitchen has new and modern tools. Around the house is enough space for a child to play! Matej is a perfect host: information for sightseeing, hiking, restaurants and so on; very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it!

Der Aufenthalt bei Matej hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert und Matej sehr zuvorkommend z.B. mit Tipps für die Umgebung und spontanen Einkäufen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür (in Bled kosten die meisten Parkplätze). Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Moderne Küche.

Sehr gute Urlaubslocation
Wir haben den Souterrain des ruhig aber zentral gelegenen Hauses bewohnt. Alles war sauber, hell und freundlich. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben von dort aus gleich zu Fuß mehrere wundervolle Wanderungen gestartet oder sind ca. eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto raus gefahren, um von dort aus die einzigartige Landschaft zu genießen. Als Südtirolfans haben wir ein neues Traumziel entdeckt, das von den natürlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten durchaus mit einer USA-Rundreise konkurrieren kann. Wir waren schockverliebt in diese Natur und mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal dort.
