Nothing was unique. Overall, the property is quite dated. It felt like 2004, not 2024. Bath drain did not flow when showering. There was about 3" of water in tub after every shower. Carpet looked stained and worn in room. Staff was efficient and polite. I had to take my key back 3 times (from the 4th floor) to get it reprogrammed.

Avoid this hotel
Avoid this hotel at all costs. You will be better off staying in a tent in a public park. It was parent’s weekend at IU and of course, I was price gouged and ended up paying 2 x what the room is worth. I expected a much better and polished experience for the additional amount I paid. This hotel is a complete disaster. 1. The hotel has an overall stench. It spells like gasoline and a chemical agent. It permeates the hallways and rooms. 2. Despite saying they offered it, they don’t provide maid service. When I inquired about it after being away from my room for 8 hours the front desk person said they may get around to it. They never got around to it on a two-night stay. 3. The bathtub did not drain. At all. When I told the front desk at 8am when I returned at 5pm in the afternoon the tub was still full. When I inquired at the front desk they had no record of my maintenance request. They said the morning person with whom I made my request never wrote down the request even though they had a maintenance person on site that day. Service isn’t really something they believe in. I cannot reiterate enough - do not stay at this hotel.

Visited my daughter at IU. Good location and nice staff, good cleaning crew... but my room has not been updated in years and just old looking. Room needed maintenance in areas. Overall it did the job.

I was grossly overcharged during parents weekend for a motel like location. No amentities and there was a skeleton staff. They limited towels.and there was zero service. For $400/night I at least exoected that I could buy water, but they were even out of that! Dirty, old, and outdated pretty much sums it up!
