It's a 3 minute walk to Coffee Hound and Green Top Grocery, a 10 minute walk to the Castle Theater, and a short 5 minute drive to ISU, IWU, Downtown Bloomington, State Farm, Country Financial, and Growmark. This 2 bed 1 1/2 bath duplex has everything you'll need and is situated between all major Bloomington-Normal locations. Located near Downtown Bloomington, next to Bloomington's historic district and just off the Constitution Trail.

Zero tolerance for smoking (cigarette, weed, cigar, etc.) inside the home. Violators that are caught will be expected to pay $200 fine, and pay for any items or furniture damaged in the process.
Quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am. Please be courteous to the neighboring unit.

This property is exceptionally well-appointed and conveniently located. The heating and air conditioning systems operate flawlessly, and the Wi-Fi connection is reliable. I found everything to be satisfactory and would certainly return and recommend it to others.

Close to ISU
We came to visit our daughter who is attending ISU. The property is clean. Beds were comfortable. It is in the historic district and close to most the main places to go in the area. Everything was as was stated in the description.
