Completely renovated property with lots of space. New kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, deck, etc. Property has views everywhere you look, but provides you with modern amenities, like a 65 inch Smart TV in the open living room. The property has a great large 20 x 15 deck with outdoor seating, and a gas firepit. The property located is ideal, it is 2 mins to BRP with lots of great hiking nearby and is 5 mins to DT Blowing Rock right off the Parkway!

Be mindful that there are other units in the building. Reach out to us if you're interested in renting those as well!
