We are located in a quiet part of town which means that sometimes the WIFI may not be as quick as you are used to. We also have a hot spot in the event that the local provider has an outage.

** this home does not have access to a dock. The dock that is closest to the property is privately owned and accessing the dock would be trespassing.


Missouri is a great destination to explore the outdoors. Throughout your adventures you may find critters and pests such as spiders and chiggers. Our properties are all on a preventative plan with a local pest control company. We request your cooperation in taking precautions such as keeping windows and doors properly closed. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to our property management team.

**We are trying to remain pet friendly at Grandview Lake Lodge and we will need your participation to make sure we can continue this. If you are bringing a pet, we will need to fully disclose our pet policy. You must agree to:
- A per pet fee
- Pet is NOT allowed on furniture or beds
- Pet MUST be on a leash when outside of your home as their are other homes nearby
- Pet MUST be picked up after outside. If dog waste is not picked up, you will be charged $75 - Pet MUST be in a crate while you are not at the condo
- Your pet MUST be on a flea and tick preventative
- MAXIMUM WEIGHT LIMIT of 25 lbs

If a pet is found in the home that has not been pre-approved, you will have to leave immediately without a refund.

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.
