House Rules:
Please be respectful and clean up after pets.
Pets are not permitted on furniture (beds, sofas, etc.).
A $150 fee will be charged for any pet-related damages, including urine, feces, excessive hair, or dander on surfaces/bedding.
Property Integrity: Please do not alter or remove any items in the cabin. Unauthorized changes may result in additional fees. Do not remove the Nest Connect or any Nest equipment, including the exterior camera, doorbell camera, or smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. Removal of these items will result in a $100 fine.
Winter Precaution: From November to March, please ensure faucets are left dripping overnight or while you are away to prevent pipes from freezing. Any damage or costs resulting from failure to follow this precaution will be your responsibility.
AC Usage: Please do not set the air conditioning to cold when it’s cold outside or to heat when it’s hot. Improper use can strain the system. Any damage or costs incurred due to non-compliance with this guideline will be your responsibility.
Please note: This is a remote cabin, and it will have remote style amenities. Please note that this cabin is located in a tranquil rural area, which comes with its own unique characteristics. Expect delayed services including professional services and call outs, gravel roads throughout the town, occasional power outages, wildlife encounters (including squirrels in the attic), downed trees, and other country nuances. Gravel road to property is narrow and uneven in some areas. While the road is maintained about once a year, the rains can wash it out. This is a rural property. We like our road and travel it often with all sorts of vehicles. An SUV is not needed, but recommended- as is a sense of adventure and love of nature. Rest assured, the Owners and Hosts are experienced professionals committed to addressing any concerns promptly to ensure your comfort.
