We DO NOT allow anyone who is not accounted for in the reservation onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a fee of $100 per guest, per night booked, AND you will need to vacate immediately, AND any resulting plumbing and septic costs shall be guest's responsibility.

- PETS: Dogs require a $65 additional cleaning fee for up to 2 dogs. Ensure all waste is picked up. Due to local wildlife, please be mindful of your dogs. No cats or other pets, please, due to owner allergy. There is a $200 fee for bringing an unannounced dog or other pet and all waste must be picked up. Due to local wildlife, please be mindful of your pets.

- PRIVATE DOG PARK: This cabin has its own, private dog park, Blue Ridge Private Dog Park, directly across the street. Private: just you and your pups, no one else. The park is fully-fenced, with 0.84 acres of cleared, wooded land (no grass). *Please be mindful of potential ground hazards as the area is not groomed. You may encounter wildlife. Poop bags are provided. Please dispose of all waste and garbage in a secured trash bag and place in bear bin at the cabin. To use the dog park, there is an additional $50 for a stay of 3 nights or less or $139 for a stay of 4 nights or more.

- SEPTIC/PLUMBING: ***This cabin is on a septic system*** Bathroom - Flush only toilet paper. Do not flush hygiene products, wipes (even if flushable), paper towels, or tissue, as this will cause a blockage and render all plumbing useless. ***Kitchen - Only liquids can go down the kitchen sink drain. Cooking oils, grease, fats, food debris, and coffee grounds must go into the trash. *** Drain screens - There are drain screens in the kitchen and bathrooms to prevent hair, food, and other items from going down the drains; these must be used at all times.***

- HOT TUB: The hot tub is emptied between every reservation, therefore the water may not be hot upon your arrival. The hot tub can reach temperatures up to 104°F. It will lose about 5°F per hour when the lid is off; weather conditions and use of the jets may expedite this cooling.

- TRASH: ***All trash must be BAGGED and TIED in kitchen-sized 13 gallon bags, then placed in the outdoor bear-resistant trash bins. The trash company removes each bag individually; no dump truck. Trash is collected Tuesdays and Fridays. Dog poop bags must be enclosed in trash bags as well***

- FUTON: The futon in the game room is designed for convenience over comfort. If you are sensitive to mattresses, one of the traditional beds is recommended.

- FIREPLACE: To use the fireplace, ensure the flue is open by sliding the handle that's at the top center of the fireplace (smoke should go up the chimney). Fires must be attended at all times. Place all cold ashes in the metal bucket provided; do not dump outside. Do not use the air conditioning and fireplace at the same time. (Not permitted for use May-August).

- INSECTS: Because this is a rural area, we recommend turning off lights not directly in use as insects are prevalent and attracted to light, especially at night. **If you are sensitive to wildlife and insects, this listing may not be the right fit**

- LAWN CARE: Lawn maintenance is completed each month, weather permitting. You may see contractors working outside.

- OUTDOOR CUSHIONS: Outdoor cushions are located in the storage bench on the deck. In order to preserve them, please place cushions back into the storage bench when not in use.

- FLAMMABLES: No candles and no fireworks permitted anywhere on the premises.

- BOOKS: The cabin has a Take One, Leave One library. There may be books which do not represent the opinions or values of your host. If you find something offensive or inappropriate, please tuck it away and let us know.

Most Dog Friendly Cabin I've Stayed At
This really is the dog-friendliest cabin I've ever rented. No "oh you can bring your dog but keep them off the furniture" (is that even possible?), and instead there are couch covers and dog blankets for the bed. Then you've got the private dog park across the street which was great to give the pups a place to run around. The creek is fantastic, the cabin is great, and the location is convenient.

Our paradise in the middle of a storm
We love our cabin by the creek. It felt like home. We planned our vacation 6 months ago. But ended using our vacation as an evacuation as Milton barreled towards Tampa Bay. The owner Debra was understanding our our situation and was very helpful. The cabin was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Our 2 dogs were very welcomed. The cabin had everything we needed. The sound of the river was soothing. We love Mercier orchard and the town of Blueridge so close. We also did some hiking. Sat by the fire pit and roasted marshmallows. Just what we needed to take our mind off our city and the devastation . We will be back soon!

Outstanding and very Charming
We arrived earlier than we expected and the owners were warm and inviting when letting me know that they had seen we arrived a little early. Throughout the entire stay the communication between us was on point and very soothing. The home is absolutely warm, inviting and tranquil. The depiction of this amazing home did not disappoint in any way. The rooms were more than what we expected and the cozy setting allowed for constant relaxation. The warm and charming decor was visually pleasing every time you entered the home. The ease of accessing the home was fluid and comforting for the unfamiliar settings. We planned on getting away to relax and that is exactly what we were able to do while we were there. The outdoor setting is absolutely amazing and I found myself sitting on the swing for over an hour taking in the beauty and sounds of the river below. We spent several hours out on the deck just simply enjoying the ambiance and again relaxing to the natural settings around us. It was the first time for fly fishing, but after this experience it won’t be the last. The men loved the experience and even took a guided trip to further enhance their experience. I am definitely looking forward to staying again in the future. If I could rate this stay higher than a 5, I would most assuredly do it. Amazing, amazing, amazing.

Nothing but AMAZING!
I can’t even explain how nice this house is. From the moment we walked in it was SUPER clean and smelled amazing. The hosts provide so much. We have never stayed at a home where the hosts provided as much as they do here. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were super comfy. The outside area was amazing as well. The hosts provide so much for your furry friends as well. It rained most of the time we were there but we enjoyed all the games that were provided and got to spend quality family time together. If you are looking for a great home to stay at in Blue Ridge Ga this is a must!

Everything you could possibly want or need!
My husband and I stayed a week with our 2 dogs and had a wonderful time! They have every thing you could possibly want or need and have truly thought of everything! It was the most well ap pointed rental we’ve ever stayed in. Our favorite parts were the beautiful view from the deck, relaxing in the hot tub after hiking, walking the dogs in the creek and the nightly fires in the lovely fire pit area! Our pups really enjoyed playing in the creek and running around in the private dog park! I wanted to mention that the back deck on the house was fully gated- this was especially convenient for us as our dogs could hang out with us enjoy the view, leash free! We will definitely rent here again when we return to Blue Ridge! Thank you to the lovely hosts for providing such beautiful, thoughtful and welcoming accommodations!

Great access to creek
We stayed here for a week. Very relaxing, if you do not avail yourself of the local activities, such as mountain biking, which is great - I went four times. Access to the creek was the highlight. This was a really nice place and the owners made it very pleasant for a relaxing vacation.

Perfect river house
Excellent river house! Our dogs enjoyed it as much as we did. We all enjoyed the river being so close to the house. The dogs played and swam. We loved using the Adirondack chairs in the river. The house was extremely clean, and everything we needed was provided. There was even toothbrushes and toothpaste in case we forgot. We didn’t use, but such a nice touch. Close to town for our college girls to go into town and shop. Ocoee river rafting close by. Highly recommend this house! Thank you for being dog friendly!!

Perfect Cabin with all amenities on a beautiful rushing river!
Just when you think it can’t get any better, you can bring your fur baby too! The cabin looked brand new inside. It was immaculate, clean and well appointed. The two master bedrooms had the most comfortable king beds on the planet not to mention three full bathrooms, two of which had beautiful new showers. They had every dog amenity you could think of including dog cleaning wipes, poop bags, dog blankets, big crate, dog bed, dog bowls, and dog sanitizer spray… You name it! The hosts were very attentive and responsive if you had any questions or needed anything during your stay. They had lots of games and puzzles. My husband and I even played Monopoly while we were there… low and behold he won and boasted about being the king of the properties! The hot tub was huge and extremely relaxing! The river was just amazing. We really loved opening the doors and listening to the rushing water run over the rocks and hear the birds singing. The cabin really had everything you could ever need and more. In addition, the location of this property was perfect! It was secluded yet only a few mins (~3-5 miles) from Walmart, Home Depot, and the quant historic downtown shops and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back to this same exact cabin!

A wonderful getaway
This was by far the most well prepared and 5 star vrbo I have stayed at. Not only is it very clean and a beautiful home, but the house has everything you could need. I was very impressed. I stayed here with my family (2 young kiddos) and it was an absolute treat. My wife and I always ask each other if we would ever come back or stay in the same place? The answer is absolutely and would recommend to anyone.

Definitely the best well stocked with all necessities needed. Beautiful and peaceful. Lots of fun things to do without even leaving the cabin! You can tell the owners put family first but also a place for a group of friends and adults to go to relax and enjoy. Our fur baby felt at home as well. This is definitely on our list of places to stay for our next trip. Another plus is that it’s 5 miles from downtown Blue Ridge with lots of place to eat and shop.

We had a wonderful time at this property and there was lots to entertain our two boys (7 and 8 yo) - horseshoe, cornhole, and a desktop Pac Mac console in addition to the hot tub and being creekside. My favorite activity was taking the chairs out into the creek and relaxing in the sunshine :)

One for the books!
Our family truly enjoyed our stay! Debra and her husband were the perfect hosts and made us feel right at home. The cabin checked off all of our boxes - hot tub, creek, fire pit, games, and pet friendly! We loved cooking dinners together, roasting marshmallows, catching fire flies, and fishing in the creek. The cabin is conveniently located to everything. We spent our days hiking, tubing, and exploring all that Blue Ridge had to offer. Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to escape to the mountains with loved ones and fur babies. Thank you for the memories!
