From the moment we arrived it was just a bad vibe. There was a creepy weird guy standing in the lobby just staring at me as I walked in. He didn't speak just stared. I noticed a Comfort Inn lanyard when I finally got close to him. I assume he was some kind of security? He followed me to the front desk, hung around close by and never spoke. Just weird. We stayed in the 3 Queen bed room. It is even worse now than the reviews from 4 months ago so NOTHING has been fixed. The mattress still does not fit the frame so there are metal things sticking out that you bang your legs on. There is still an ugly red stain on the carpet. The love seat has nasty brown stains on it. The windows are filthy and the view is of shipping containers? Worse than all that is the fact that the security lock between the a joining room is broken so there is no way to lock the door. AND the security lock to the room door itself is also broken. Thank goodness I travel often and have my own security locks I can place in the door frame. I will sleep in my car if I am ever in the area again rather than stay here. Don't even bother responding with your apologies it is obvious you will not do anything to change things.
