I stayed on the 3rd floor of the main building. Stayed Thursday to Sunday. Room included a safe,TV, Microwave, small fridge, metal cutlery, dishes, coffee mugs, kitchen sink, dish soap, paper towels, 4 bath towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Free parking. The queen mattress had a large circular concave spot right in the middle! The large garbage bins at the end of each staircase were overflowing by Saturday. Overall the room was clean and hotel was fairly quiet.

The rooms were decent and offered enough room to sleep. Less than 5 minutes from down town Boca! Towel restock was non-existent, would be our only major complaint.

If I could give no stars I would
This is maybe in the top 5 worst hotels that I have ever stayed in. The check in process was overly cumbersome, I had to contact the hotel many times only to be routed to a third party that did not provide good information. I was supposed to get a code and upon arriving got a regular key(not a pass card). I continued to get text messages that I had to answer for check in and check out, but had to also physically check in and check out. Dumb! The room itself was a little creepy and the bed I slept in sunk into the floor and was held up by taped together 2x2 blocks instead of a legs, therefore I had to sleep diagonally in order to not fall off the bed. The toilet paper was basically cardboard, the weather stripping on the door was coming off, and there was no safety latch inside the door. I especially would not recommend this hotel for women travelling alone. Additionally, the price that I paid for the hotel on hotels.com was $24 more than the receipt the hotel gave me.

The registration area was very clean. The elevator was filthy it looked like the doors were never cleaned. It took 7 minutes to get hot water for shower. There were no hand towels or wash clothes. There was no ice bucket. When you enter the parking lot the garbage area is overflowing. They have night entertainment which is loud. It ended before 11PM but I go to sleep at 8pm. The lady at the front desk was very nice and did get us hand towels and wash clothes the 2nd night. No ice bucket. She spoke english very well. The rest of the staff that We encountered did not speak english. The room was clean and was cleaned well. I think someone younger who liked the entertainment may love this place. We will not be coming back.

First night at midnight I was awakened by an employee who let himself in and wa yelling at me to get out. He said I was to leave that afternoon when I had actually got there that day. Last day my door lock broke and I couldn’t get in and at that point I decided to check out and get another hotel

Roaches, loud all night music. I was there for work and I will not return. My microwave didn’t even work. No one serviced my room during my stay. Complete awful experience. No toilet paper at all in my room, towels were dirty, just not what I was expecting for Boca. AND then I received a text message to take out my own trash before I departed. The list could go on, but I’ll stop here. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
