The property was in perfect condition. Everything was clean. My room was clean. I loved it. The staff was very courteous, attentive polite. The only thing is that when we were bringing in the luggage, no one bothered to help besides that everything was perfect.

My room had bugs. I reported it, but nothing was done. I even took a video of the bugs in the room and shared that video with them. They said that they would take care of it. Unfortunately, I noticed more bugs the next day. I could not sleep because of them. I spent two terrible nights there and had to switch to a different hotel, the Marriott, for the remainder of my vacation. This was my first and last time booking a hotel like that.
