Está muy bien ubicada se encuentra justo para cruzar las vías del tren y llegar al centro, está lo suficientemente cerca para ir al centro caminando cómodamente pero a la vez no se alcanza a oír el bullicio en la noche,, lo que hace que puedas dormir tranquilo las cabañas del hotel están bonitas y tranquilas si les falta mantenimiento pero había agua caliente, y lo que necesites para una estancia cómoda, si lo recomiendo por el precio tiene buen servicio, no hay speres lujos ni un mega servicio pero es bueno

El día que llegué a realizar el check in de la reservación, me comentaron que tenían más de un mes que no trabajaban con páginas de Internet, claro que no fue cierto porque se metió a revisar las reservaciónes y le apareció una reservación mía que cancelé ya que no podía quedarme los 2 días que programe en un inicio, sin embargo la reservación que llevaba era una completamente nueva. Al final solo comentaron que me podían ayudar a a conseguir otro hotel en uno de su misma cadena pero con un mayor costo,

Cabañas sencillas pero comfortables
Las cabañas están acogedoras. El sistema de calefacción funcionó bien, el agua de la regadera caliente sin problema, la recepcionista nos atendió de manera muy especial fue amable y atenta. Lo único malo fue la conexión wifi que no funcionó y el remoto de la TV tampoco servía.

Mala coordinación en reserva
La había que reserve 2 meses antes de mi estadía, la tenían asignada a otros huéspedes, me mandaron a otro hotel hermano de la cadena y de igual forma me reacomodaron en un tercer hotel, la atención del personal es excelente eso no lo niego , las instalaciones son cómodas y van a corde al precio

Buena ubicación pero en la noche Está muy oscura la zona, no hay mucho al rededor pero el centro está muy cerca, tienen tours buenos, el personal es amable, solo que parece más una casa, les falta un poco más de presentación, las habitaciones son cómodas y cálidas, es económico, no reciben pagos con tarjeta

Hotel cerca del Transporte, poco atentos.
En general es un hotel sencillo y cómodo, todo iba bien hasta que me dispuse a ir a cenar y me cerraron la puerta del hotel!! Estuve aproximadamente 15-20 minutos tocando el timbre, la puerta y haciendo llamadas a recepción, sin que nadie me abriera, y es un "hotel", nunca se me informó un horario porque no es lo normal en un hotel, desafortunadamente para un huésped y afortunadamente para mi, toqué su ventana para que le pudiera hablar al guardia y me abriera, obviamente causó molestia al otro huésped, sin embargo los encargados deben estar al pendiente o informar a los usuarios sobre sus horarios en caso de que así lo determine el hotel, la única explicación que recibí fue "me quedé dormido", en lo personal no regresaría a ese hotel, hay más bonitos y comprometidos con sus clientes.
