The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was very clean and felt comfortable with modern touches. It's right across a park and within walking distance from many shops. Parking is underground. I felt very happy with my choice.

I like the fact the property was centrally located to two major area's being Zona T and Parque 93. They were both a 10 minute walk either way. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The service was outstanding. In particular, Christian was professional and very helpful. Everyone was super friendly.

An excellent option for longer stays in Bogota. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped, the breakfast was fresh and varied every morning and the staff was very friendly. We were so comfortable throughout our entire stay, in a safe and walkable area. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The hotel y very well located and maintained with care. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed at the penthouse room, and had a couple issues with noise and access to our room. The room is very exposed to the pool area, and we got a lot of noise from people playing music and talking, and since there is no A/C, we could not prevent this by closing the windows. Also, the hotel was being used for TV productions, so the only elevator that got to our room was often delayed and dirty. Overall, I liked the hotel very much, but would probably just come back to a different room that is cheaper than the penthouse and does not have the problem with the noise.

This place was amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bogata. Zona Rosa area is very nice and there is a park directly across the street from Cassa Lujos. Excellent value, great food, and the staff was increible.

Amazing hotel truly a luxury hotel. Stayed at the small penthouse suite and it was the best. Breakfast is one of the best perks of this hotel. Coffee, eggs made to order, the service, the selection wow. I looked forward every day to see what was available and every morning I was surprised. From Colombian tamales to caldo de costilla yum yum yum plus arepas and all the fresh fruit. The area of the hotel is BEAUTIFUL and close to the most exclusive restaurants in bogota ( 10 mins walk ) if you get a penthouse suite you get direct elevator to your room. Truly recommend this hotel for an amazing stay in Bogota Colombia.

Opulent Apartments in a great area
My wife and I stayed at the Cassa Luxury Homes, two bedroom Apt, for four nights in November 2024. The Hotel is in a great location and is very modern. The apartment was also beautiful, luxurious, modern and very large. It had everything we needed, and all the appliances looked new. The shower was especially wonderful. We were not that crazy about the apartment layout though; the main bathroom was open to the bedroom, and the bedroom was open to the living room. Reminded us of our various stays in German hotels. Of course, the other apartments may be different, and some people may like the layout. It was also quite noisy at night and early in the morning as we were facing the park, and a busy street, on the fourth floor (we are light sleepers). We asked to move higher or to the back when we arrived, but the hotel was full. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast personnel were among the nicest people we met in Bogota. Despite the layout and the noise, we would stay here again as the hotel and apartments are gorgeous, the Hotel is well located and great value for money.

Beautiful Accommodation with Friendly Staff
Casas Luxury Homes combines the spaciousness of a beautiful apartment with the amenities of a hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfast has an amazing selection, the (heated!) rooftop pool is lovely and you can reserve it for privacy. Highly recommend for a short or long stay.
