when I arrived at the hotel, they mentioned that they didn't have service, so we had to seek a different hotel at 10:00 pm. This was a terrible experience, I don't recommend this hotel.

The place is extremely run down. There are stains on the carpet, the elevator is tiny and doesn't seem updated. The shower has mold in the grout. It really doesn't get maintained much. Location is great, but spend the extra money and stay at Jazz or B3, similar price and location. But muuuuch nicer.

Best area and location, have low budget? stay here, you get what you pay for! bathrooms ok, average hotel condition is low but in general clean. Staff at lobby ummm nice but sometimes you don't get a hello or good morning. I did not want to get upset with the food so I did not even try it., lots of great food around the area. Stay only if you need a bed and a shower and go out and enjoy this beautiful city. J

El Hotel Virrey Park puede ser transformado en Hotel Boutique si se cumplen varios requisitos indispensables . Instalar aire acondicionado central para todo el Hotel, como lo tienen los Hoteles circundantes, cambiar ventanas y volverlo insonorizado. Cambiar todos los pisos en todo el hotel por cerámica de alto tránsito. ( se están levantando) , cambiar de inmediato la alfombra del único ascensor está rota e instalar cerámica de alto tránsito. Cambiar los vidrios de las puertas del ascensor por un producto resistente tipo acrílico (Lesgar) actualmente son de vidrio y varias puertas lo tienen roto o estallado. (Muy peligroso) Las sábanas y paños parecen percudidos. La insonoridad es indispensable, hasta la 1 de la mañana no se puede dormir ni descansar por el ruido de vehículos en la carrera 15 y la música y gritos en el Parque Virrey contiguo al hotel. Es Justo afirmar que el Hotel está en una zona muy bonita, edificios modernos , a 6 cuadras del Centro Comercial Andino y la zona rosa. El personal del Hotel es amable , respetuoso y trabajador ojalá los conserven . Todo esto lo escribo con propiedad ya que pasé 17 Días hospedado en el Hotel en una suite junior confortable pero ruidosa por la proximidad del parque.
