Modern, clean and convenient. The parking behind the property was convenient. We couldn’t get the ac to cool down, it felt like only the fan was blowing no matter how much you adjusted the temperature. But the big window opens up all the way and it was a cooled quickly. The breakfast also had several hot items which was nice.

SĂ©jour convenable, mais de nombreux points Ă  revoir Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© deux nuits dans cet Ă©tablissement. Si le sĂ©jour s’est dĂ©roulĂ© sans incident majeur, il a malheureusement Ă©tĂ© marquĂ© par plusieurs dĂ©sagrĂ©ments qui ne devraient pas se produire, surtout Ă  ce niveau de tarif. - Accueil : À notre arrivĂ©e, l’accueil a Ă©tĂ© plutĂŽt froid. Lors de la remise des clĂ©s, la personne Ă  la rĂ©ception, en dĂ©couvrant que nous Ă©tions deux hommes, a fait une remarque dĂ©placĂ©e : « Ah, c’est une chambre avec un grand lit ». Ce genre de commentaire sous-entendu est inappropriĂ© et malvenu, et n’a pas sa place dans un cadre professionnel. - ProblĂšmes en chambre : Dans la premiĂšre chambre, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Dans la seconde, la tĂ©lĂ©commande de la tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă©tait hors service. L’état gĂ©nĂ©ral de la chambre laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer : peinture qui se dĂ©colle par endroits, ce qui donne une impression de manque d’entretien. La salle de bain n’était pas pratique : douche sans fermeture, avec des fuites et Ă©claboussures partout, rendant l’usage inconfortable. - Petit-dĂ©jeuner : À prĂšs de 12 € par personne, on s’attend Ă  un service de qualitĂ©. Pourtant, plus de croissants disponibles en cours de service et choix trĂšs limitĂ©. Une vraie dĂ©ception Ă  ce niveau de prix. - Facturation : À la vĂ©rification de ma facture, j’ai dĂ©couvert une erreur de facturation : deux fois deux places de parking m’ont Ă©tĂ© facturĂ©es, soit 16 € en trop, cela a Ă©tĂ© remboursĂ© mais on s’attend Ă  une excuse, rien !
