the concept of different themes is definitely very cool, we stayed in the London Fog room but, the bathroom sink was clogged, the stopper was black & looked like it was not cleaned in months! We brought this to the front desk’s attention & it was kind of cleaned while we stepped out for a bit, there was also a rug in the restroom that looked dirty, honestly remove the rug if housekeeping doesn’t bother cleaning it. Our breakfast the 2nd day was not delivered & when I called the front desk, it seemed like our original selections were lost… The Hotel lobby & hallway is a bit dated & dingy. But, once we stepped into the room we felt like we were in a different place, I just wish it were clean. The tub is a bit high, for shorter people, it was a struggle getting in/out for a shower. I hope these issues are resolved so better care to the cleanliness of the rooms/overall hotel & attention to detail on their breakfast orders are addressed so the next customer has a better experience.

The carpets looked like they hadn't been washed since installation. There was standing water in the tub and lots of cracked tiles. It was just unclean. I'll leave it at that.

We happened to pick a room that needed new carpet and renovation. We wanted to switch rooms but because we went through Expedia, they said it wasn’t possible even though there were plenty of empty rooms. That was disappointing- breakfast was good and yhe staff were friendly. Good walking trails nearby.

Great rooms, service lacks friendliness

The check in experience left something to be desired. We had to wait to find somone to check us in. They sent out an email saying we could say trick-or-treat at check in for a special surprise but the attendant had no idea and seemed irritated. There was no offer to find out. The attendant also didn't give us a form to select our tea and shortbread cookies as needed for the room. We had to go back later and ask for it. The room was nice and clean. It had a lot of great decorations and made us feel like we were in London. The checkout experience was also a bit dull as the attendant was not friendly and still had no idea about the trick-or-treat surprise.

Rooms were nice and clean, and bed was very comfortable. The shower option only being in a raised tub, in the living room was less than ideal.

This place is truly amazing, definitely worth it. We stayed in the Swiss Family room and the bed is in a loft. The shower was an elephant head. As I said absolutely amazing place to stay!!!

Probably the nicest room we’ve ever stayed in. Amazing location downtown. A nice treat with the delivered breakfast! Wonderful staff that did everything to make our stay special. Will definitely be coming back.
