BATHROOM - Large jetted tub (with self-draining jets for sanitary) and standalone shower with make-up vanity. Other amenities include: flossers, q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Additional towels can be found under the sink.
KITCHENETTE: Quartz countertop and large kitchen sink with disposal. A drip coffee maker and toaster to complete your mornings (or working evenings!). You will always find a stocked coffee/tea bar with: coffee, tea, half and half or milk, almond or oat milk, Torani syrups, and various sugars. Other amenities include: utensils, glasses, wine opener, beer opener, mini-fridge with separate freezer, and dinnerware.
WORKING? Sit right at the table in the kitchenette or take the table and position it wherever is most comfortable to you! Fiber Internet.
PARKING - Street parking on dead end street. There is also an EV charger available, which can be used in accordance with the power company's "Time of Use" policy (typically midnight - 6 AM).
Please keep the following guest rules in mind:
- No shoes within the guest suite. There is a shoe rack provided under the clothes hanging space.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. My neighbors are now your neighbors :)
- No smoking inside the home. No drugs. A fee of $250 will be charged if there was smoking.
- No guests other than those allotted for when booking or with written approval.
- No pets. A fee of $250 will be charged if pets are snuck in.
Any violation of these rules are subject to cancellation without refund and/or additional charges.
As stated elsewhere in the listing, the guest suite is next door to the Boise Depot which was once an operating train station. While it is now a museum, there are a few short trains that you may hear go by Monday-Friday, during business hours. If anything, it is just a reminder of how central you are to all the happenings in Boise!
