Modern House for 16 with Firepit in Boise

This is our 4th property, please check out our reviews for the other 3 by clicking on my photo or profile name. We are a Superhost with Airbnb and a PremierHost with VRBO. Brand new to the market mid-April 2023 - all NEW carpet, furniture, and bedding. This spacious, elegant home is 1.4 miles from Costco in Boise and 6 min from the Boise Airport. This house is set up to accommodate large groups. Rates are based on 8 guests, add $15/night/guest up to 16. The additional guest charge applies to the entire duration of your booking, i.e. if you are booked for 5 nights, the additional guest charge applies to 5 nights, even if someone only sleeps there for 3 nights. Please book with your best estimate for headcount - you will have a chance to true up headcount right before travel dates.
Great location in Boise. Great shopping & dining. House: 2 high-end queen sleeper sofas and a half bath are downstairs. The dining table is for 8. The kitchen counter seats 2. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite. I bought this house in 2022 and have furnished it all new. All 18 guests will sleep on new memory foam mattresses (4 downstairs, up to 14 upstairs).

The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy.

We want to make sure you have a 5-star experience at our properties.

You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street.

I live in Boise, about 20 mins from this house. I prefer efficient, streamlined communication. Time is our most valuable resource. The best way to interact with me is via SMS/Text. I will respond within the hour.

This is a nice residential neighborhood that is very close to Costco and about 14 minutes from both downtown Boise and The Village in Meridian. There are many awesome stores and restaurants to explore!

This house is owned by Sam Wenzel, owner and operator of Boise Vacation Rentals LLC. As you know, a professional host who manages their own rentals is the best of both worlds: professional management coupled with the care only an owner can bring to a property.

My daughter was competing in Miss dance Idaho. Her teammates came to support her . This house was perfect for the event. Everyone had a bed. It was clean and had plenty of space for the 12 of us. The communication with the host was awesome! It is in a good location to get to anywhere that you need to go. We would definitely book again!

We can to visit our daughter for family weekend at BSU. This house was very nice and clean. It had a great backyard for the kids and dog and where we enjoyed a bbq with our daughter and her friends and families as well! We would definitely come back if we have a large group.

We used this home for my son’s graduation. Had family members come in from all over the country and this home became “home base”. SO close to the airport. So close to downtown. Big backyard perfect for a spring family gathering. Plenty of space for washers, sitting around the fire and playing games on the back patio. Excellent stay. Thank you so much.

Superb. My wife and I were I town to see our daughter and grandkids. We enjoyed the home. Perfect to family gatherings. We loved the location. Close to our family members, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and the Boise Airport. The owners were always very responsive. The layout was great and perfect for the group we had. Close to stores. Nice backyard with patio. A lot of space for family dinners for everyone to sit around. After dinner, we played a lot of games, so there was more than enough room for everybody. All around a wonderful place to stay.
