Room was clean, the bed comfortable, with all that we needed. Very difficult to dispense the shampoo that was provided. However with no elevator it was difficult to get to our room with our luggage, etc. There was a place when reserving to list need for accommodations. Wish I had realized that would have been a great place to request a first floor room.

The staff were very nice. We loved the fresh cookies every afternoon. They could use a few hooks in the bathroom, it had a slider door, so there isn’t any place to hang your towel/pj’s. The kids loved the pool which was outside. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, friendly staff, Jamie in the front desk was fantastic in her job. Morning breakfast staff are good. 3 suggestions a) Do basic room cleaning every day, once in 3 days is not good b) Have vegetarian choices like plain potatoes for hot breakfast, don’t mix meat with potatoes c) cover the fence behind the property with some green creeper , the water park is a ugly view Call me if you need clarification 510 509 4080

In the hot section of the breakfast, please have some pure veggie options, the potates had meat in them hence pure vegetrians can't eat them. A little more Fresh fruits can be included. But dont cut any other items off the menu as guests like a little more variety. Over all 5 stars. Water was missing in the front coffee desk. Makes sense to include water in a jar during summer months. I would be safe to lock the front main door after some time in the night. You can have an alarm bell for those wishing to enter later in the night. Please think about it. Thank you for the cookies in the evening. Otherwise things are good

The gal at the front desk was very nice. The coffee maker was missing the part you put the coffee into. The shower stall floor was a bit wonky and uneven.

Rooms were clean parking lot was not the cleanest but you don’t stay there. Breakfast was okay sausage was hard and most not eatable. But I would stay there again

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!
When we arrived at check in our room was not ready. We were told to come back in a half hour. Not a big deal. When we got back we got our key card, went to our room. The keys did not work. Went back to the desk to redo them. Went back to the room and had to use the restroom. The toilet had streaks from the previous guests. I went down to the desk. They did apologize and they said it would be 20min. I said no now. Then after that every time we left the room we had to get our room keys redone. This happened every time for four days. When I said something after the second day I was told it was operator error. I said all 4 of us tried both keys. The kids wanted to swim. My wife took them to the pool with their cousin. There were people leaving the pool area that had even gotten in. The was a mouse floating in the pool. When we went back to the room we asked the front desk for more clean towels. They did bring them when we went to dinner. So I applothat but instead of putting them where they belong the put them on the desk and left the dirty ones that we put in a pile for them to take on the floor so I threw them out in the hall. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Worst stay I’ve ever had and we’ve traveled all over the states. It is my fault. I did not check the reviews.
