Our first stay at this newly opened property (less than 2 months)… booked for 1 night. Modernized version of a decades-old motel. The new version is loaded with smart design throughout, clean and great-smelling! Our room was spacious (king with a sofa) and quiet on the second floor. Loved the comfortable bedding, the small but creative bathroom layout and “local” touches —- our wall art showed the growth of the famously Idahoan product: the Potato! Friendly & helpful front desk, wonderfully walkable location in central downtown Boise - close to restaurants & cafes, shopping, parks and entertainment. A small cafe is attached and open for breakfast coffee & pastries; a shiny airstream is parked on the corner for drinks and snacks. Highly recommended!

One thing which was really unexpected and was not customer friendly was you had to pay for parking. Even though you had to pay for parking, you were not guaranteed a parking spot on the property. Additionally, The overhang on the garage part is not conducive to trucks in some of the areas. Over all we enjoyed our stay here, however, the hotel should revisit the parking charges and the lack of convenience which that creates.

This is absolutely a beautiful property, great rooms and location to downtown Boise. The staff were very friendly and helpful, had a lovely note and chocolates waiting in our room. Will always stay here when coming back to Boise.
