Small but very nice and conveniently located
We stayed at the apartment only one day. It is a nice apartment located in a very convenient neighborhood, very close to the historic center. The apartment was not ready when we arrived but they were very accomodating letting us leave the luggage while they were cleaning it. It was four of us (two teenage girls, my wife and I), so we were a bit tight but it worked very well. It is a nice place with modern conveniences, clean, well located, so, overall, a very good experience. The only issue we had was that the WiFi password was so complicated that we couldn't figure it out. (difficult to understand if the letters were capital or small case for a long password, and if two teenagers couldn't figure it out, it was an issue). At the end, not having internet was also a good thing because we could get them out of their phones!!. If we come back to Bologna, we will look to stay at the same place.

Clean smart apartment, 10 mins walk from historic centre and a 10 minute bus from the train station. Quiet location and with everything we needed.

Casa a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Bologna
La casa è piccola ma ben tenuta e bene arredata. C'è un piccolo balconcino che affaccia sulla chiostra interna del palazzo dove è possibile fare colazione o pranzare. Il letto è molto comodo e la biancheria pulita e profumata. Il gestore è stato molto disponibile nel trovarci una sistemazione per le valige nel giorno del check-out presso un'altra struttura a meno di 100 metri di distanza, permettendoci di girare senza pesi. Unica piccola pecca il bagno con tazza in stile giapponese (automatizzata) che se pure indubbiamente pulita, aveva un po' di incrostazioni sul fondo.

Appartamento elegante e moderno. Ce tutto che serve per soggiorno. Stazione centrale di Bologna dista 30 min a piedi dalla casa. Piazza maggiore 7 min. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

This is my first time to use an apartment in Italy. There are no signs around the entrance door, so I could not find how to enter the apartment at first. The room is very clean and silent. There is one pity thing happened during my stay. In the morning, the power supply is shut off suddenly, so all electric device including wifi cannot be used. However, the staff came to the room, and fix it instantly. Totally, I enjoyed the room.
