Nice environment for a young working/ student group . Staff very helpful and profesional . Nespresso machine in room . Mineral water only on first day, later we discovered by chance , filtered water in bar/ dinning are to refill your water own bottle.

The hotel itself is “not great, not terrible”. I stayed before at a TSH (on a different city and country) and my expectations were high. Sadly, these weren’t met and instead I was just counting the days to leave.

We arrived in the early hours after a delayed flight and having to report lost luggage. The front door was locked but a member of staff was there quickly to let us in. He was very efficient and sympathetic towards the very disrupted start to our trip and immediately added a time extension to our room because we’d got to return to the airport within a few hours to collect luggage arriving on the next flight. We were very tired and slept well, even if only for a few hours. Breakfast was very good with a choice of fruit, pastries, cereals, meat, salad and cakes. There were also hot and cold drinks and juices. We left our bags in our room whilst returning to the airport for our lost luggage. The train station and monorail to the airport were just a short walk from the hotel. After a lot of wasted time at the airport we finally returned to the hotel, very flustered and just after the checkout time, but our bags were still in the room. The receptionist was very understanding and reactivated our keycards so that we could retrieve our baggage and organise ourselves. We were able to leave our luggage in a storage room to enable us to see a little bit of Bologna. There was a changing room for us to use when we returned. We had to move on as we were getting a train to another city but wish we’d had more time to enjoy the facilities at the hotel. The pool area looked great with showers, plenty of seating and shaded areas. We would certainly stay here again if flying to Bologna.

Really enjoyed staying at the Social Hub! The breakfast was maybe the best I have had in Italy. Free laundry available (though you can only use 1 machine at a time, even if the rest are not being used). All staff were so kind and helpful.

SHB offers a social atmosphere near main train station. Rooms are spacious with huge bathrooms, tall ceilings, and good amenities. Friendly reception. Overall good value for money. Would stay and use the chain again.

Great Quirky Hotel
Really enjoyed my stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great swumming pool. Bedroom was quirky and the bathrpom wad superb. 5 mins walk to train station and and an easy flat 20 mins walk to sights of Bologna. Cant wait to come back.

Nice modern hotel with AC near the train station of Bologna. It’s about 6 minutes walk from the station. The room is spacious and clean, very comfortable staying here. Close to the bus stops, easy to get to downtown, about 15-20 bus ride to get to downtown. Friendly and helpful staff.
