Das Appartment ist sehr sauber, schick und gemütlich. Lediglich das Schlafsofa wurde als etwas zu hart empfunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zum Strand dauert 5 Minuten ; Bäckerei und Supermarkt sind gut erreichbar..

Super Lage - sehr empfehlenswert
Wir hatten viel Ärger wegen der Schlüsselübergabe, weil die Daten fehlten bzw. falsch waren. Nachdem uns jemand von einer Vermittlungsagentur, die überhaupt nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun hat, selbstlos geholfen hat, konnten wir an die Übergabedaten und den Schlüssel gelangen. Der Vermieter hat sich dann auch entschuldigt und ist uns finanziell entgegengekommen. Danach war es ein super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage, ist sehr ruhig und es ist alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Gerne wieder.

Schönes Appartement in nächster Nähe zum Strand. Alles, was man braucht in der Nähe. Dusche etwas eng für nicht ganz schlanke Menschen. Kommunikation beim Check in war schwierig, kein direkter Ansprechpartner um an die Schlüssel zu kommen. Aber hat dann noch geklappt.

Die Wohnung war top, super ausgestattet sehr gute Betten. Leider hätte ich es mir etwas sauberer gewünscht. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse war voller Sand, unter dem Sofa war es staubig und die Toilette war etwas braun Im Wasserlauf vom Kalk. Die Ausstattung wie Sauna und co muss extra bezahlt werden. Die Kosten halten sich aber im Rahmen.

Super Lage. Man läuft max. 5 min zum Strand. Mehrere Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. In der Wohnung war alles top. Sauber und super ausgestattet.

Zentral gelegen, alles fussläufig und in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Alles vorhanden, was nötig ist. Super fanden wir den Parkplatz direkt vor dem Appartement für das Ein- und Ausladen des Gepäckes.

FeWo in sehr guter Läge
Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal. Der Strand und die Promenade ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Bäcker, div. Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die FeWo ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch wäre etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck schön. Auch ein Trend-System für den Müll oder zumindest ein paar Müllbeutel mehr als der eine wäre von Vorteil. Dies sind aber nur Anregungen, die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön.

Die Wohnung entspricht den vorliegenden Bildern und ist sehr wohnlich mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (Geschirrspüler) ausgestattet. Sie befindet sich fußläufig im Erdgeschoss in unmittelbarer Nähe zum reservierten Parkplatz - ggfs. sogar über die Terrasse zu erreichen. Im Haus befindet sich die Möglichkeit der Nutzung einer Waschmaschine, eines Fitness Bereichs und einer Sauna. Im Ergebnis für mich die bisher schönste Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr angenehm und es besteht die Möglichkeit der Mietung der Bettwäsche und von Handtücher. Die Lage ist phantastisch durch einen kurzen Weg an den Strand und zum Kurbereich mit Promenade und diversen Lokalitäten. Ich hatte einen längeren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und habe mich sauwohl gefühlt. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Boltenhagen für mich die erste Wahl der Anmietung einer Ferienwohnung.

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Die Ferienwohnung hatte alle angegeben Eigenschaften und lag sehr zentral - aber ruhig. Der Parkplatz lag direkt vor der Wohnung, sodass man schwere Sachen auch direkt in die Wohnung bringen konnte. Die vorgelagerte Terasse mit Bewuchs hatte auch im Spätherbst eine gute Funktion als Abgrenzung von dem Parkplatz. Die Wohnung selbst war gut aufgeteilt und sehr gur eingerichtet. Mobiliar und Küche waren sehr gut im Zustand und nutzbar. Man konnte von hier aus fussläufug alle Geschäfte und Attraktionen im Or erreichen und so den Aufenthalt ohne ständige Herumfahren ud Parkplatzsuchen geniessen. Das war sehr angenehm. Der Ort bietet viele landschaftliche, erlebnisbezogene (Minigolf, Steilküste) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an, die schnnell von der Wohnung errichbar waren. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und trotz der Sturmflut nicht beeinträchtigt, immer draußen und unterwegs. Fazit: sehr schön - sehr empfehlenswert!
