Welcome to the scenic beauty of Stratton Mountain Resort, this spacious 4-bedroom home is nestled on a quiet street, just off the access road and walking distance to the village. Enjoy the tall cathedral ceilings and an open layout , curl up around the fireplace, enjoy the pool table, board games and pac-man table and then retreat to your own bedroom with private bath.

Home boasts two entertainment areas (think of separate area for kids and adults), and a 2 Smart TV with streaming services. Each bedroom features its own ensuite bath for a total of 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are arranged with one king bed per room plus, then there is the bunk room with a full bed, twin bed and seperate twin beds there is also a pull out sofa in the lower tv room.
We can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a microwave, stove, and refrigerator, along with a dishwasher, conventional oven/toaster/air-fryer, and cooking essentials. You'll find ample off-street parking and the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer.

Immaculate and convenient
This house is beautiful, spacious and incredibly close to the mountain. As a previous Stratton homeowner, I had never rented before. This house exceeded all expectations. My wife and I stayed there with four teenagers (and our dog). I walked to the mountain one morning (9 minute walk) and the kids all took the shuttle. When they wanted to go out to dinner in the village on Saturday night the Blackbear shuttle came and picked them up. Serving big dinner and breakfast for all at the table was easy, and the open design of the kitchen allowed those working on the meals to be part of the discussion. After dinner the kids retired to the lower level to play pool, watch a movie and hang out while my wife and I sat by the fireplace. We will rent this home again. Thank you for having us!

Love the Ski Haus!
We had such an awesome stay at Ali and Jim’s Skj Haus on Stratton Mountain. Great spot for a little early season ski trip with my son. Chilling on the couch in front of the fireplace watching football after some morning runs was brilliant. Can’t wait to get back! Paul
