WE ARE BACK AFTER IAN!! LOOK AT LAST 10 PICTURES!! One-of-a-kind beachfront private home, located on the Gulf of Mexico. This four-story Mediterranean exterior design home has everything you could ask for to enjoy the amazing sunrises from three patios to the East and enjoy the awesome sunsets on three patios to the West. Located in the center of Little Hickory Island! The pool/hot tub is under the second floor of the home, sun exposure to the west only. We have added power screens around the entire pool area which keeps out no-seums and yet gives warm comfort on the cool days/evenings. The pool temperature is set at 90 degrees to enjoy at any temperature out doors.
Private elevator accessible to all four floors, (or take the 66 stairs to the top floor, no gym needed). Premier location directly on your very own private white sand on Bonita Beach, Florida!!

Best VRBO Rental Ever!!

Pam is so responsive - I tell everyone that she is super human because it seems like she responds within 30 seconds any time you reach out to her! She connected us with incredible yoga instructors, massage therapists, and wine and cheese consultants who all came to the house. This made our girlsā€™ weekend / birthday celebration activities so amazing thanks to Pam! The house is GORGEOUS and the beach toys (paddle boards, boogie boards, and kayaks) were a wonderful bonus and a huge hit with our girls! There are a lot of seating options on the first floor and to take out to the beach. The balconies are awesome throughout the house - especially the 2nd floor balcony. The pool and spa were exceptionally fantastic since they are covered on the first floor. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience was for our friends & family! I am so grateful to Pam, and we will definitely be back!

Great spring break!

We had a wonderful vacation with our children and grandchildren in this beautiful beachfront home! Pam was great to work with and provided many extras for our stay - fully stocked kitchen items, pack n plays and high chairs for the babies, kayaks and beach toys & chairs. Beautiful Beachfront Home

Our family of 11 (6 adults and 5 children) spent a wonderful week in this beautiful home. Pam and Gary (the owners) met us at the property and gave a great orientation. Having rented many luxury properties and this one has beautiful finishes and is the most well equipped. Everyone loved the pool, spa and having the beach in the backyard. Doesnā€™t get any better!

Beautiful home!

Pam was wonderful to work with - very attentive to any questions. The home is immaculate with plenty of space for 5 couples to have private space to relax and open areas to gather. Beautiful Kitchen to work in with all the amenities we needed. Beach is beautiful and we could watch the sunset fro m so many decks or on the beach itself. The kitchen on the lower level along with a bathroom was a real bonus.

Perfect Adult Children Getaway

Work had been tough for a year and we just needed a place to tune out and unwind with our 3 college age kids and 2 extras. We were willing to pay a little more with the intention that we were NOT going to leave the house. No going out for meals, no going to the bars for happy hour, no shopping, etc. We were intentional that our time was for relaxation and quality time with family. THIS WAS IT! The perfect spot. House has everything and Pam was always available if we had any questions. We made a trip to Publix when we first got there and an additional trip to the liquor store...due to 3 college age kids plus 2 extras ;) We WILL be back! A huge thanks to Pam and her husband. This was EVERYTHING we wanted it to be.
