Bring your laptop along to use the home's WiFi to plan your adventures.

When it comes time to eat, whip up fresh, coast-inspired meals using modern appliances in the full kitchen. Eat together at the four-seat dining table or dine al fresco on the porch's wicker set.

Up to four guests (two adults at most, please) are accommodated on a king-size bed and sofabed in this condo. There's even a room divider for more privacy. Head out to play tennis or shuffleboard on clay courts. Other amenities include a shared washer/dryer.

Local activities include sport-fishing in the Gulf aboard a charter, wildlife viewing tours in Estero Bay, shelling on Little Hickory Beach (two and a half miles north), and fishing, hiking, and more at Lover's Key State Park (about nine miles north). Make sure to bring your golf clubs for a tee time on any of the area's world-class golf courses. Take a fun day trip into Fort Myers (25 miles north) for shopping, dining, and live entertainment, particularly in the town's eclectic River District.

Ongoing renovations continue in response to the impact of Hurricane Ian. There may be construction noise during normal business hours to repair the damage and contractors are often present. Please note the following when planning a visit:
Atriums, tennis courts, and pickleball courts will start construction in 2025 but no start date and end date have been provided. The pool is currently available.
Construction materials will most likely still be on site but are neatly kept in one location

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
