Great service!
Bit of a mixed bag - the room was smaller than expected and booked, dark, and with a major TV-screen angled so that part of the window front was barely accessible. Mattress and pillows not quite comfortable and the street in the front is LOUD. Service however was above and beyond all expectations - huge thank you. Clean and current restrictions appear being followed.

Fangen wir mit dem Parkplatz an... Er ist nachts abgeschlossen und videoĆ¼berwacht. Ein Traum fĆ¼r jeden Autoliebhaber ;-) Der Check In war unkompliziert und herzlich. Von auƟen lƤsst sich nicht erkennen, was einen drinnen erwartet. Ich wĆ¼rde die Einrichtung als urig bezeichnen, aber im positiven Sinne. Es gibt Ć¼berall etwas zu entdecken und alles ist mit viel Liebe und Herz eingerichtet und dekoriert. Unser Zimmer war groƟ und in einem auƟergewƶhnlichem Stil. Es gab alles, was man so braucht. Wir hƤtten da so einziehen kƶnnen <3 Es war Wasser und Schokolade bereit gestellt. Es gab einen kleinen Minibalkon. Das Bett war ein durchgƤngiges Doppelbett ohne Besucherritze und auch die BettwƤsche war fluffig und gemĆ¼tlich. Wir haben wie auf Wolken geschlafen. Im Badezimmer stand ein kleines sĆ¼ĆŸes Kƶrbchen mit Hygieneartikeln bereit. Die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche war angenehm regulierbar. Alles war sehr sauber. Es gibt eine kleine gemĆ¼tliche Bar und einen Wintergarten, wo man abends sitzen und einen guten Tropfen genieƟen kann. Wir haben uns gefĆ¼hlt wie in einem guten kubanischen Gangsterfilm šŸ˜… šŸ˜‰ Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck war Ć¼ppig und liebevoll angerichtet und lieƟ keine WĆ¼nsche offen. Eier wurden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Auch auf Allergien oder UnvertrƤglichkeiten ist man eingestellt. Alle Personen, die dort arbeiten, sind uns mit herzlicher Freundlichkeit entgegen gekommen. Man merkt einfach, wie viel Herzblut in diesem Hotel steckt.
