The apartment is on the upper floor of a detached 2-party house, which was built in 2017. There is only one office on the ground floor of the house. The living area is 75 square meters and is divided into a cloakroom, bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen, living room and large balcony. The apartment has every comfort and is equipped with a television, high-speed internet, underfloor heating, towels and bed linen. A parking space also belongs to the apartment. In addition, there is separate access to the washing machine and dryer.
The open kitchen is modern equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, 4 plate induction cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, pots etc.
The modern bedroom is furnished with a French box spring bed and a desk
The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, large mirror cabinet and a chest of drawers.

Comfortable and peaceful

We were visiting family in Bad Godesberg and this apartment was an easy and quick drive away. Host was very helpful, check-in was easy, apartment was clean. Everything was comfortable, neighborhood was peaceful, and the view from the terrace was amazing. Grocery store just around the corner. We had a great stay here and would absolutely recommend it to others!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Der Empfang durch Frau Walter war sehr herzlich. Sie hatte uns schon vor der Anreise viele hilfreiche Informationen gesendet. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hochwertig ausgestattet. Eine tolle Küche mit allen technischen Geräten die man benötigt und bequemen Barhockern. Das Boxspringbett ist hervorragend. Im Wohnzimmer ist eine gemütliche Couch und ein schöner großer Balkon , auch das Badezimmer bietet alles, was man braucht, eine große Glasdusche und viel Stauraum. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. In der Umgebung kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen und auch größere Ausflüge machen, welches für uns ideal war, da wir mit Hund da waren. Vielen Dank liebe Frau Walter, dass wir in Ihrer schönen Wohnung wohnen durften.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, geräumiges Apartment

Die sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin hat bei der Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung an Alles gedacht, wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer die Natur sucht und dabei "geländegängig" ist, findet hier grossartige Voraussetzungen. Städtische Einrichtungen in Bonn Bad Godesberg, ebenso auch SB-Märkte sind mit dem PKW schnell erreicht, ein "Aldi" ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Immer wieder gern

Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an willkommen. Die Wohnung top, mit allem ausgestattet. Von den Küchenutensilien über Baderstausstattung, alles war da. Die Vermieterin freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Tage waren für uns und unseren Hund unkompliziert, mit angrenzendem Feld-/Waldgebiet. Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter.

Hervorragende Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben die Wohnung zu viert bewohnt und waren begeistert. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Eine Woche waren wir hier und haben die Rheingegend erkundet. Dafür ist die Wohnung ideal gelegen. Ein ALDI als Nachbar ermöglicht die täglichen Lebensmittelbesorgungen. Die Wohnung ist vollständig mit Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ausgerüstet. Im Sommer lädt der großzügige Balkon zum Entspannen ein. Mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den Drachenfels genießt das Auge den Blick nach draußen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Daher würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Lediglich gute Restaurants waren nicht fussläufig zu erreichen . Die Wohnung kann ohne Bedenken weiterempfohlen werden

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung und eine nette Vermieterin. Mit dem Zug braucht man ca. 40 Minuten nach Köln, da kann man das Auto auch gern mal stehenlassen. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist schön und eignet sich auch zum Spazierengehen mit dem Hund. Wir kommen gern wieder :)

Moderner Kurzurlaub

Drei Tage schöner Kurzurlaub mit der Familie in einer modernen Ferienwohnung und in toller Lage.
