Get ready to rest and relax. Our comfy 1250 SF guesthouse is adjacent to our personal home, but you have your own place and privacy. You're inside our fully fenced and gated property. If you are coming for the lake, you have many parks to choose from.. our private waterfront is not included in this rental. Outdoors find a nice outdoor table, chairs and a seating area for the gas BBQ area.
Inside our beautifully appointed home youā€™ll find ample seating for your family. a gas fireplace, forced air heat and AC, a large cable TV, Keurig coffee, microwave, convection air fryer, a beautiful kitchen and luxurious bedding. We can provide a pack and play and highchair. All the rooms are large and comfortable. The outdoor area is a great place to hang out, eat and BBQ. Working as you travel? We have high speed internet.
The guest house is on the north end of beautiful Lake Tapps. Youā€™ll be just inside a private gated residence. Your house is not on the water, but you can see the water from your house. Access to our waterfront has to be rented separately. Access the property easily from SeaTac international airport. Drive through the entry gate to the first door on your left.
Other things to note. We have two parking spaces at the front door. Other vehicles will have to park outside the gate.

No railing for front steps, no hot tub and does not sleep 6 people at this location.
This is a clean, well cared for property and home. It was noisy during one day of our stay due to the lawn crew and leaf blowers, so no napping. The beds are extremely firm, so they were not comfortable for myself and my elderly parents and we did not sleep well. There is no railing to get up and down the two front steps, so it is not good for the mobility impaired. There are only 2 twin beds in the second room not a queen, and no murphy or futon in the common area. There is an inflatable to use though. Also, there was no hot tub available. people

Due to plans changing on my travel it was just myself in this beautiful space. I was going back n forth between my girlfriends place and here missed staying a few nights. Even so it is super cute and quiet along with being very welcoming. Would definitely recommend and stay here again . Truly a lovely place!!

This guest house was a ā€œhome baseā€ for my brother and I in celebration of his 70th birthday. It was perfectly situated between the auto museums we planned to visit. Not only was it convenient, it was comfortable and welcoming. We loved the privacy and security and serenity of a house rather than hotel rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
