► Please remember that you’re staying in a house and NOT in a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and keep it clean before you leave. If any problems come up, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
► The hot tub is scheduled to be serviced every Monday. On occasion the tub has to be drained and refilled at servicing, rendering it unable to be used that night. We do our best to keep the tub clean AND make sure it's ready to be used. However when we have to choose - we're going to make sure it's cleaned.

♦♦♦ If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges amounting to $150 USD and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

• All Guests must provide their own travelers insurance for the duration of their stay
• Guests under the age of 26 may be assessed an underage rental fee.

Check in was easy. The cabin was clean and well maintained. The driveway was hard to maneuver in and out with a large vehicle but the drive is very quiet. I would stay again

Lovely cabin in the woods.
The property is fantastic with a huge hot tub, wrap around porch, spacious bedroom and great room. Clean and tidy though a little dusty but unless youre ocd not an issue. We were missing a lighter for the fire pit and grill but we may not have located it. Really enjoyed the location and would stay here again!

Two families, nine people total. Great scenic view, jacuzzi was wonderful, beds were decently comfortable, clean cabin, and close to downtown Banner Elk. We would stay here again!

Fantastic Cabin !!!
The cabin was wonderful. The size was perfect and was furnished very comfortably with more than enough room for our family of 4. The furniture and deco fit so well with the landscape. We didn't get a chance to use the outdoor fire pit but took advantage of a rainy morning to try the indoor gas fire place which worked perfectly. The hot tub was great as well. The cabin felt pretty secluded despite the area is a lightly developed mountain neighborhood. The location was remote but yet was a short drive to Banner Elk, Newland and Linville. We had a great trip and only wish we stayed longer than 3 nights.

SO CHARMING AND RELAXING!
The cabin was super clean, and decorated beautifully! The fireplace was amazing, and the beds were so comfortable! There were cozy blankets and the kitchen was fully stocked. The hosts were accommodating and easy to reach. We did not have use of the hot tub for one night, wich was disappointing, but things happen and the next night it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome mountain getaway!
This really is a great property. Very quiet area and nice views. Kids loved the hot tub. We weren't too far from Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock, Boone so we were able to visit all those favorites. Highly recommend!

A Fantastic Adult Gettaway!
This was probably one of the best adult gettaways I've been on. The house was clean, beautiful, and cozy! The 3 king size beds were perfect for us as 3 couples. The cabin had a gas fireplace which made it super comfy and cozy. The hot tub was clean and in a GREAT spot. The kitchen was totally perfect for what we needed and we cooked some killer breakfasta. The management was also awesome. They were very quick to answer any questions! My ONLY gripes are the towels and the mattresses. There were only 6 towels and we had to keep washing them for showers and hot tub use. And they were the cheap hotel towels. As nice as everything else was I was just surprised in the quality/quantity of towels. I would bring your own beach towels for the hot tub. Also, the beds were very firm. Not comfortable at all. I didn't sleep as well as I wanted to on my kiddo free weekend! But overall a FANTASTIC stay! We are planning on returning next year!

The good: Cute mountain home up high w nice view of valley. Cozy mountain decor, inviting living area. The not so good: Kitchen is not well appointed to cook - limited kitchen-wares utensils, plates, glasses etc. Dusty dirty cabinets over stove. Great hot tub but no towels supplied - had to use up the limited supply of bath towels. The bummer: We could never get the gas fireplace to work. We contacted the owner several times to ask for help but they were un-responsive. When they finally did reply by email, they sent a link to a 47 page installation manual on the unit. It was of no value to sorting the problem. Never got to enjoy the fireplace during our stay. Small things that could have been easily be solved by simple timely communication

We were not happy with our stay.
The owner was accommodating to allow us to check in 2 hours earlier due to us having a reservation for dinner at 6 and check in was originally 5, but that’s about all we can say was accommodating with our stay. We were welcomed with trash on the porch, stains on one comforter, stains on one set of hand towels, grill that had not been cleaned in months and the hot tub would not pass the strip test to allow the kids to get in and not get sick. Needless to we checked out a day early. For the amount of money we all spent it was a very much let down.

Weekend Getaway
The cabin is beautiful and it was very comfortable. I do wish the pilot light was lit in the fireplace as we didn't feel comfortable getting it all started from scratch ourselves. The only other problem we had was that since it was so cold during our stay, the steps in and out of the hot tub became very slippery as splashed water froze instantly on them. We placed towels down to safely get out but it would be great if there was something permanent to help with that. The three main beds were comfortable to sleep in and we had no complaints there! The twin beds are part of a loft so kids might stay up late with noise happening downstairs. Overall I would recommend this place as it is located in a great spot relative to sights to see and things to do.

Nice mountain weekend.
Other than being a little dim (makes it hard to play games/puzzle) the house was great. Quiet. Decently equipped. We didn't cook (opted to just get take out each night) so I can't comment on the kitchen outside of the working coffee pot. We hiked Grandfather Mountain which isn't too far a drive from the home.
