Our Blue Ridge Mountain Retreat is a 2-story, 1600 sq. ft. cottage with plenty of space for families to enjoy nights in the beautiful North Carolina mountains. Daily, Weekly, or monthly rentals are available. The main living/dining area is an open floor plan with a full kitchen and a half-bath. The cathedral ceiling sun room has a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with private full bath, including a whirlpool tub. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a set of twin bunkbeds. Bedroom #3 is a small bunk room with a queen size bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bath. The large deck has a picnic table with benches for outdoor dining.

There is plenty to do nearby, including hiking, swimming, tennis, golf, skiing, festivals, wine tastings, and more. The cottage is located near Grandfather Mountain and the Mile High Swinging Bridge; Sugar Mountain Ski Resort; Linville Gorge, Falls, and Caverns; Banner Elk Winery; Grandfather Mountain Vineyard and Winery; Linville Falls winery and Elk River Falls, Enjoy a spa day at Eseeola Lodge. There are countless fun adventures to be had in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains!

Our family really enjoyed the layout of this home. It was great for the teens to be able to enjoy the sunroom. Convenient to the things we were interested in...this trip was tubing and skiing. Also visited Blowing Rock. It was an easy and great stay.

This was our 2nd stay at this property and it truly feels like home. It's a beautiful neighborhood and has so many amenities that some places have not in the past. I highly recommend a stay here, you won't regret it.

Just what we wanted!
It snowed the day we got there and we woke up to a winter wonderland perfect for skiing. The cabin was perfect size and had everything we needed. Super cute and cozy. Would definitely stay again. Owner was very helpful and responsive.

7 of us stayed at this property and we found it to be provide plenty of space for all of us. We loved the sunroom with the fireplace; I do wish it wasn't out of service but nonetheless it was still a nice space. Located in a quiet safe neighborhood and close to local attractions/ would definitely consider staying here again!

The property is just as described- beautiful, comfortable place to stay. House was well stocked with kitchen items, paper products, linens and cleaning supplies. Host was wonderful and communicated with us a lot as our stay was shortly after all the hurricane damage. Also offered to refund our pet fee after hearing our furbaby had crossed the rainbow bridge after booking and paying for her but before our stay.

Cozy Mountain Home
Myself, my fiancée, and another couple stayed here for the weekend, and it was the perfect place for us. We were having a skiing weekend, and this home was a good distance from the ski resorts to avoid traffic, but close enough to get to them quickly. The primary bedroom was large with an en-suite and the other bedrooms had more than enough room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfast. The sun room was gorgeous and had a nice tv setup with very comfortable furniture. We all would love to go back to this place next year!

Two night tubing adventure.
We traveled from beach so took us awhile to get there. After dark it was a little hard to find. The house is just as you see only it was hard for me as a senior due to the bedrooms being down a long flight of stairs. I slept on the futon, it was ok. I would have liked it if there had been firewood. Didn’t know if the fireplace could be used. All in all the kids had wonderful time at Hawknest Tubing whic is close by. Thanks to our host.

The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we could need. The owner was very responsive during our stay regarding any inquires we had. The owner was very flexible with the change in guests (Added our dogs on last minute). We are very happy with our stay and wont hesitate to rent again if we plan to return to the area.

Relaxing mountain getaway
My sweetheart wanted to celebrate her birthday in a low-key, relaxed setting, and this place absolutely fit the bill. Quiet, clean space nestled among mature trees, with wildlife outnumbering the neighbors. Big tub to soak in after a day spent cruising along the Blue Ridge Parkway was a great way for her to unwind. Lots of space for my kids to stretch out and enjoy the comfy couches and the view, and the clean, up-to-date appliances gave this cozy space a bit of extra polish. The hosts took care any and all questions we had as quick as a wink. Friendly, honest, and great communication. Highly recommend the location and the hosts!

Great mountain escape
We stayed at Jeremy's place for a wedding. The location and property are great! Plenty of rooms and beds for larger groups if needed but we only had 2 couples. Also plenty of space in the common areas to hangout. We loved the sunroom, great place to relax and enjoy morning coffee! Jeremy was great with communication. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again.

Great neighborhood, nice house
This was a great house in a community with a lot of amenities. Close to Grandfather Mountain and Linville Caverns. The house was nice, the only drawback was the bunk room was not as comfortable for an adult but that was to be expected. Mattress in master was very comfortable. Would stay here again!

The owner was great with communication and texted with me the day we were scheduled to leave regarding road conditions. The house was great for our party of 6 and there was room for additional guests. The teens loved hanging out in the sun room. We enjoyed the neighborhood and spending some time at the frozen lake. The house was near Hawksnest where we went snow tubing. We had a great visit.
