Downtown Boothbay Harbor, 2-Story Cottage

Charming 2-story cottage located at 40 Oak Street in Boothbay Harbor (you can google map the location and select, "street view" for a view of the neighborhood. The cottage is located up the hill behind the gray house). The cottage is a 5-minute walk to the harbor, restaurants, and shops with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. There are 2 Adirondack chairs in front of the house with a pretty view of historic and bucloic Oak Street. There is an outside grill and 1 parking space.  We don't provide partial refunds under any circumstances for minor house issues. Unfortunately, about 3-5% of guests thoroughly inspect the house and complain about every minor issues they can find in an attempt to obtain a partial refund. We don't want such negative types renting from us. The house is a great value for the money but its not perfect!
