Retreat to our comfortable air-conditioned LODGE ROOM with 2 Queen beds and an additional Sofa bed. Curl up in front of the gas fireplace and watch your favorite show on the 40-inch flat-screen TV or connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. You'll find a mini-fridge stocked with Poland Spring water and a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of Green Mountain coffee and tea. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine on the private covered porch, which leads to a serene garden.

Get ready for your day in the marble BATHROOM with a Kohler soaking tub and a roll-in shower. We'll provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and bathrobes. Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry facilities.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Spruce Point Inn, where our space is conveniently located. These include access to 2 shared outdoor pools, the fitness center, the spa, the on-site restaurants, a business center, a gift shop, an outdoor hot tub, tennis courts, and more!

If you're traveling by car, we've got you covered with FREE outdoor parking available on-site. There is also a shuttle that runs to downtown Boothbay Harbor. Please visit the front desk to reserve a spot.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a $500 pre-authorization to be processed on your credit card.

Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we will do our best to accommodate them for an additional fee of $35/pet/night (maximum 2 pets).

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! • A $100 hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in.
• A 15% resort fee of nightly rate(before taxes) is due at check-in.
