Love my stay with the District. Conveniently located between station 1 and 2 which means you get the best of both world in terms of less noise/traffic and the accessibility of all the nearby restaurants, club and bars. D’mall, Jerry’s Grill and Starbucks is just around the corner. Epic and Summer Place nightclub is also nearby. The District has an impressive breakfast buffet local favorites like fried garlic rice, fried bangus, Vigan longganisa, lugaw, pancit, lomi soups to traditional western dish cereals, bacon/eggs, fried chicken and pasta. This changes daily. Top notch! The rooms are huge and elegant. Bed and pillows are comfy. Super clean! Staff are courteous and attentive to your needs. The only issues I got was I made 2 reservations - one from their website and another in Expedia. I learned the hard way that booking other than their website will mean that you have to purchase the transportation separately. So I got charge extra 2,500 pesos or $44 dollars. Then, again on my checkout and need to use their van and speedboat to Caticlan airport I got charge another “extra” 1,000 pesos or $18.50 because I’m going solo and they need a minimum of two persons per trip. I don’t mind paying for the convenience of arranged transportation but at least it should be all mentioned during booking so there’s no surprises about all these extra expenses. Book on their website! Otherwise, the place is great! Love it and will recommend to friends and families.

Great stay, right on the beach. Location was right next to some good restaurants and the Starbucks. My only complaint is the bed was a little stiff

This is our 3rd time to stay at this hotel and each time is an amazing stay. Staff are always thoughtful and very kind, always making us feel welcome…never had any issues with all of our stay. I’ve arranged our tours with them too to make sure we will be taken cared of. Massages are great as well. Pillows and blankets are super comfy…

Room, shower, bed are nice and large. Layout of the property is great. View while walking out of hotel onto beach superb. Buffet is pretty decent. Pool is a bit small and workout room is pretty basic, but works unless you need some big weights. Room service and staff friendliness is the best. Overall a great experience here.

Beachfront hotel located close to shops and various fastfood chains and restaurants. We enjoyed spending time in their coffee shop during the day and their bar/restaurant at night since both are fully airconditioned and located right on the beachfront pathway.

We really love this hotel! Staff of course are all excellent! Thanks to Elson for a superb service, the boat crews and the drivers. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant and they have good breakfast buffet. We will definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel on the beach in the center of Station 2. Location makes it very convenient. Many dining options in the area but restaurants in the hotel were great also. Staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

So nice my parents didn't want to leave. We had their birthday there and they loved it. They were up early for the buffet breakfast. They enjoyed the pool and air conditioned rooms.

Everything about the District was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. All the staff were wonderful and was so attentive and accommodating. From the moment we landed our experience with the district was fantastic. After our brief shuttle to ferry and ferry to another shuttle, the district had staff on both ends that carried our luggage and escorted us past all the madness of people trying to figure out what they were doing. They drove us to the resort which is right on the beach and they carted all our luggage down a long path from the road. Wasnt an easy task, so I definitely appreciate all the help from the staff, cuz it would have been a pain in the butt to do ourselves! As for our stay, the staffs great, very helpful and friendly. The buffet food was pretty good for what it was, not a whole lot of options but it was worth it. Floor was a little slippery around the property when it would rain, almost fell on my butt a couple times, it my Sandals just didn’t have grip. Not their fault. Overall, it was a great experience and I would go back.

We spent 3 days in this hotel. The location is perfect - beachfront and in the middle of the action. Next to D’Mall. However our room was very quiet at night. The breakfast spread is wonderful - never the same in the 3 days we were there. The staff was also great - always willing to assist. We had the premiere king room and it was a big room, complete with drinking water, dental and vanity kit, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There was an insect repellant spray too. The hotel provides beach mats and towels and because we hang out right in front, they can look out for your things while you swim or go to the washroom. They have 3 restaurants and the upper deck has acoustic singers certain nights. We opted to pay for their airport transfers and it was worth it. They took care of us from airport to hotel and back in a private speed boat and van, skipping any lines. All in all, it was a great experience. Highly recommended. 😊
