Gute Lage, nette Kommunikation
Gute, zentrale, strandnah Lage, am WE stört die Kneipe etwas nachts die Ruhe, Wohnung sauber und groß, Gästeklo riecht etwas,hihe Räume lassen es etwas kühl wirken, Küche einfach aber funktionell. Netter Kontakt!

Die sehr große Wohnung konnten wir nur zu Zweit bewohnen (leider musste eine Freundin absagen). Aber für die 6 Personen, für die die Wohnung angeboten wird ist sie ideal und hat reichlich Platz.

Gute Lage, sehr geräumig, Ausstattung suboptimal
Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, schön eingerichtet und zentral gelegen. Die Betten sind bequem und mit jeweils Einzelmatratzen ausgestattet. Die Agenturverwaltung war sehr zuvorkommend (kurzfristige Überbelegung kein Problem). Einzige Kritikpunkte sind die häufig bimmelnde Inselbahn, sowie die etwas dürftige Küchenausstattung: zu wenig Gläser und Becher, kein Kartoffelschälmesser, kein Pfannenwender... Ansonsten alles gut!

Borkum ist eine Reise wert!
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. Sehr zentral gelegen, mit kurzen Wegen zur Promenade, dem Strand allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Bahnhof. Die daraus resultierende Lärmbelästigung muss man dann allerdings in Kauf nehmen. Fenster zu und durch. Die Größe des Objektes ist unübertroffen und bei voller Belegung ist der Preis vertretbar. Die Ausstattung hat allerdings schon bessere Tage gesehen und ist schon ziemlich abgewohnt. In den Schlafräumen kann man die Fenster nachts nicht richtig abdunkeln, weil die Gardienen dafür nicht geeignet sind. Da die Geschäftsbeleuchtung die ganze Nacht an ist, stört das den Schlaf schon erheblich. Schlimmer sind allerdings die hygienischen Mängel. Der in allen Wohn- und Schlafräumen verlegte Teppichboden und die Möbelierung im Wohnraum (Sessel und Sofas) sind total Fleckig und man mag nicht ohne Latschen durch die Wohnung gehen oder sich in kurzen Hosen hinsetzen. Außerdem hat das Reinigungspersonal alle senkrechten Flächen, wie Türen, Wandfliesen in den Bädern und der Küche und Küchenschränke offensichtlich schon länger nicht mehr mitgeputzt. Der Kühlschrank wurde nicht gereinigt, im Eisfach lag noch ein angebrochenes Paket Butter. Wer weiß, wie lange schon? Die Kaffeemaschiene war nach der letzen Benutzung auch nicht gesäubert worden und in der Kanne waren noch die Kaffeereste des Vormieters. Am Schlimmsten war allerdings der Zustand der Toilettenbürsten und deren Halterungen. Bitte dringend erneuern! Sehr ekelig! Auch wenn die Wohnungen in dem Objekt jetzt nach und nach renoviert werden sollen, könnte man die oben genannten Missstände schon größtenteils ohne großen Aufwand beseitigen. Zuallererst muss an der Hygiene gearbeitet werden! Dann würden wir bestimmt gerne wiederkommen.
