Cadre superbe qui reste perfectible quant aux attentes d'une telle prestation.
Lieu de villégiature qui est idéal avec une vue superbe, si toute les conditions sont respectées.
Plusieurs remarques faites auprès de l'agence de location ont permis de retrouver de régler une partie des écarts par rapport au descriptif : (mise en propreté du logement avec la venue d'une personne pour le nettoyage, remplacement chaises bain de soleil ainsi que chaises de table du salon de jardin).
Il reste néanmoins quelques points, pour certains déjà cités dans les avis, qui restent à corriger (prises électriques dangereuses, fuite d'eau wc, abattant wc cassé, entretien des espaces verts et les abords de la terrasse,...).
Hormis ces points le cadre est superbe.

Très mauvaise experience
Maison vétuste
Électricité qui n’est pas aux normes: prises en mauvaises état sortant du mur (danger pour les enfants), four électrique se déclenchant seul en notre absence et brûlant le contenu restant…
Odeurs nauséabondes émanant des wc et des salles de bain
Terrain mal entretenu et maison infestée de moustiques meme en période fraîche et ventée.
Agence de location non réactive à nos remarques.
Bref, location fortement déconseillée, et c’est dommage car la localisation et la vue sont sympathiques.

Peut mieux faire
La location était idéalement bien située et dans un bel endroit. Dommage car la maison est vétuste et aurait besoin d’être refaite: sale, électricité à revoir, pas de moustiquaires. Pas d’entretien ( murs sales, prises dangereuses, spots extérieurs ne marchant pas).
