So disappointing, room was not as nice as advertised, sheets on bed were all torn, finishes were awful, lacked lighting in the rooms and had to use phone flashlight to see, paint peeling everywhere, poorly patched holes everywhere, bathroom door jammed constantly as doesn’t sit flush. Front desk staff were very rude and condescending for no reason at all. Politely asked for a luggage bag tag to tag some laundry for collection.. lady rudely told me they didn’t have them while another staff member giggled at how rude she was to me and stood by and watched. My mother walked down 5 minutes later and another staff member gave her one without an issue as they were sitting right there on the desk. Woman was obviously just bored and had nothing better to do with her day than to stir some unnecessary drama. Clearly doesn’t like her job and want to be there. Will avoid these properties in future.

I was nervous about staying here after I read some negative reviews on other websites, but my stay was lovely. My room was spacious and had 3 outside facing windows. The bed was comfortable. Several reviews talked about broken AC units but the unit in my room worked and the room was cool. The workout room was nice for a hotel and the coffee was good. The room could have used a couple more lamps because it was pretty dark at night. Was walking distance to my meetings. I would stay here again.

The rooms were very nice. The building itself was honestly pretty cool. I wish there was a bit more variety with the breakfast options. The pastries were fantastic but more options would have been nice in my opinion.

The ability to purchase a bottle of water would have been greatly appreciated. Maybe a vending machine in the lobby with the availability to purchase water? Also, a different system should be put in place to feed the homeless people. I am sure that there is plenty of leftovers from the breakfast, but allowing them to eat with the customers isn't a great idea, when they are paying over $600 a night for a room. There really should be a better plan for that.

Loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel room was amazing! Very large, great for a family! Only downfall was the tv was hard to figure out, had to download an app etc..
