Clean Beautiful spacious with hardwood floors throughout with large tile bathroom with shower & tub King and Queen size beds with clean fresh linens with each new guest that stay with us . We are close to Revere Beach, Logan Airport and Downtown Boston are all within a 5 mile radius there’s also a liquor store,convenient store and a boys and girls club are in a 30 second walk . There’s also the silver line and airport shuttle that are within a 1 minute walk There a dispensary in walking distance as well

Family sleep over

My family was staying in the Boston area for 1 night to attend my wedding. I found this listing and it was a perfect fit for my family members. The place was large, spacious, accommodating, and had very comfortable beds. The only downside which we were able to easily overlook was the bathroom door could not be completely locked. The lock had been broken at some point and never fixed. This didn’t really bother my family and I but was just something we noticed. Overall we were happy with this stay.

Good stay!

I enjoyed my trip to Boston in this VRBO. It's very easy to get ubers in and out of the city which is awesome. As a house cleaner, I just have a couple of observations that I think the host should take into consideration. The hand towel was messed up on the hanger (making it look used by other guests). There was lint (??) in the drain of the kitchen sink. And the fan in the living room 100% needs some attention. I am not a picky person but some people are so I wanted to point those out. Otherwise it was a cute and quiet place to stay :)

Property was clean. Manager meet us at 130 am to let us in and show us around. Very much appreciated. Only concern was all smoke detectors were removed from connections. Predominantly Spanish speaking area a little around, but we managed.

Great place!

Stayed here for one night to go to an event at TD Garden. Super easy to get an uber, and was a quick and cheap ride. Easy to find, communication with the property manager was excellent. He checked in before we got there and we had some issues with parking and he was so responsive and quickly solved the issue. We have a large vehicle and it wouldn’t fit in the recommended spot, but he called the other tenants and we were able to park in the back. The actual apartment was very clean, comfortable beds and perfect for what we needed. Free parking spot was a huge plus! Would stay here again especially for an event at TD!

Not for everyone

Our review is two-fold. Negatives: Upon arrival, we were concerned about the fact there were no locks or door knobs on outer door. We had to find our room, which was upstairs. Was not aware it was a multi-unit apartment building, not a big deal. Positives: The two-bd apartment was very spacious and clean. Close to everything and the owner was very courteous. We are adventurous people and as long as it’s clean, we’re good. If you’re looking for a 4 star VRBO, this will not be for you, but a nice stay. We would stay there again.

Exterior could’ve been better but a nice stay

The property was sloppy on the exterior grounds, the interior was clean. The key was not where we were told but we were able to access the property. A few cracks in the sink and bedroom doors. For a night it was fine and my family enjoyed the stay.

Great for near north Boston and airport - parking isn’t ideal.

The place was clean and provided what we needed. Updated in most ways. Nice sized bathroom! The person you message on the app is not the property manager. Getting the actual property manager contact info ahead of time would be helpful. We did not get contacted by the manager until after the checkin time. We were coming in late so it wasn’t a big deal for us. The property manager is nice and works with you on anything you need. The neighborhood isn’t walkable friendly (especially at night) but it’s so close to the main Boston attractions an Uber is worth it! The apartment is on the top floor so if you were bringing a heavy bag keep in mind there are only stairs. Not a big deal for us. :) There is a KCup machine for coffee and lots of dishwater for use. The only major downside was parking. We came in late and were assigned one spot then 20min later had to move the car (this was about 9pm). We were told there are 5 units that all share the driveway. We got placed in back behind three other vehicles and told they would leave by a certain time in the morning. That didn’t happen and we were delayed leaving by an hour in the morning because we were trapped. Overall GREAT place but definitely would not bring a car with you here.

So many little things. Fridge didn't dispense water or ice, TV's were not set up, Wifi was spotty, Light bulbs missing in bathroom, bedroom fan did not work and the light flickered-probably a fire hazard. No mention that it is up a fairly steep set of stairs. The property manager was stoned when he asked us to move our car a couple hours after we arrived. Two days later he called me at 1130pm the night before we flew out at 5 am to ask us to park in a space that was blocked by a car and his truck. He may have been stoned then as well. Marked spaces might have solved this. Find somewhere else to stay, somewhere maintained.

Would Stay again if they clean the building

The apartment itself is good but the building is not clean at all. The entrance is dirty and dusty, and appear abandoned until you go upstairs where the unit is located. The unit is just as shown in the pictures. The bathroom could benefit from some renovation, such as the blind being broken and small details like the closet door. However, these were not enough to impact our stay. The location is central to most things and only about 15-20 minutes from the airport, depending on the time. The building manager is very helpful and nice.

Everything about the stay was easy. Reservations and checking in was very efficient. The condo was very clean and well furnished. Steve answered all of our questions very quickly. This was very much appreciated. It was everything we needed for our girls trip.
