Good location, just off the highway. Inexpensive rooms and breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean and staff was friendly. Kinda weird how the drink vending machine in the basement takes cash while the snack one takes card. Other than that it was perfect

Im waiting to get my refund since I arrived @3:30am for biz trip yet there was no place in the booking that stated I had to wait until 2pm if booked that early in the morning. To my opinion even if the booking was non refundable as they claim. Then it’s irresponsible for them to overbook expecting the other customers not to book and be able to check in early. The button line I was supposed to stay two nights instead I was left in the cold sleeping in my “ev” car because I was refused to check in earlier when the room was available. Hence; I think this is a away to steal good citizens money. I would stay there and I’m a frequent flyer of hotels whether I’m in or outside town. Be aware we should take a stand against this type of practice. I didn’t stay. Or want to stay there because they left me with a bad taste . They will claim cleaning but that is not in the case because they cannot gamble who extend or not. I think they wanted to pocket the money. Nevertheless; Expedia should take their time and review some hotels policies and if they don’t they should be boycotting because you just don’t do business like that and deserve a 93A letter to correct unfair deceptive business practice. At this point, if I don’t get a full refund will be filing a complaint with AG, to get my money back as I didn’t stay yet claim I should be not be charged for it. Mike

Great motel- would definitely use it again/recommend to others. Full breakfast offered every morning, spacious rooms with full regular amenities in room: phone, wifi, charging ports, clock/radio, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, ice bucket and working ice machine, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Directly off interstate exit for easy access to Boston or Salem.

The staff checking us in was polite and articulate. It was a smooth check-in process. The hotel is convenient for our needs (last minute overnight stay due to incoming storm and didn't want to travel to airport in inclement weather) but it's very dated and could use some attention.

The place was great all in all. How ever, the breakfast ends in 9 on weekday’s, which is a shame. Also, If had a shuttle service to the subway station would make a good visit to great.

Property was a bit outdated and in need of repairs/touching up in the rooms. It was absolutely fine for what we needed for the night but wouldn't have stayed for another night. Breakfast ok, nothing special. AC/Heater and road traffic was pretty loud. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants; the Italian being really overpriced. Easy to find and check in very smooth.
