I live in a city close to the area and was always hesitant to stay at the Encore because hotels can be hit or miss outside of the city, but my expectations were blown out of the water! Staying at the Encore where everything is modern, sleek, and high tech/futuristic made me have higher expectations for my future stays at other hotels. And now that I know this is basically in my backyard, I will be coming again and again. Everything from valet to food to service was top tier! Super refreshing that a hotel company takes their quality factor seriously!

The spa was outstanding!! Italian restraint was not worth the price. Not enough seating. I was stuck sitting in the aisle where all the guests have to go to their table and the waiters and waitresses had to go by with their carts and my chair kept getting bumped and when I asked if I could move to the other side of the table they said no because I would be blocking The waiters and waitresses

Clean and comfortable

It was great. They brought us in a very comfortable rollaway bed. They said it was for 2 but definitely a one person bed. The rooms had a lot of space in them and were very clean. We were there with several people at the resort for a birthday night and we all enjoyed it. The ONLY thing we were a bit bummed about was that we were hoping to hear music somewhere but they had none in the whole place on a Saturday night. Not all of our group were gamblers and we’re hoping to have another option. Thought this was odd for such a large casino.
