Quiet Waltham overnight
The room was very clean and in great condition. Check in was smooth. The breakfast was standard for many hotel chains but was very well done. Location is good, just off 128 in Waltham but very quiet. Our only disappointment was our need to cancel one night. We tried to request a refund from hotel.com (or Hampton Inn) but each said the other was responsible. Obviously, we were and still are confused. We will be more informed on these practices before booking next time.

Every thing else was cleanliness, service, dining options, service was excellent. The only reason I gave this hotel 3 star is because they don’t give complimentary water even upon arrival, atleast a bottle but none, you just have to buy it at 2$ per bottle, next reason is because their bar is not open 7 days a week, works a few days and a few hours! Had to grab most staff through Uber eats! But every thing else, this hotel is more than excellent for the price. Will stay there again.
