I was very pleased overall with this hotel and had a great stay. The hotel is very clean and very fresh looking. My room was spotless and the breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety and choices. It was in a great location overall and was super convenient for getting places.

Not all hotels in this area are created equal. We had checked out early from another just across the interstate to come to the haven that is Hampton. The desk staff (Barbara, I think) was so kind and engaging. Everything was extremely clean and we encountered housekeeping staff multiple times throughout the property and they were also very friendly and welcoming. (At the previous hotel, we did not witness a single person cleaning anything during our 2-night stay.) The fitness center was in great condition with others using it at the same time I was. We did not use the pool, but did go and check it out. A staff member was cleaning it (good to see) and we did see several families using it during our stay. Overall a fantastic experience! Would recommend and stay here again!

The hotel was clean, staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, breakfast was amazing, they have these dinner options you can order which was delicious especially since I am a chef myself. The One drawback that I had was housekeeping came in on our first day there and we were missing one of our blankets that we brought in and they said they didn’t take it. I told them they better go find it because it was a $300 blanket and a Christmas present And 10 minutes later, housekeeping comes back with it. I don’t know if it was the language barrier, but that was the only drawback. Other than that, we had an amazing time. I would definitely book again when I go back up in October and next year for our family vacations.
