The room was SUPER clean and the place was overall decent. And the shuttle drivers were AWESOME! But the front desk staff was…not the best. More interested in their conversations with each other and snotty about answering questions, with Target shopping bags hanging out on the back counter. I couldn’t wait to get away and to my room and didn’t want to go out there to get a bottle of water. Won’t stay here again.

We checked into this hotel and picked up our luggage that we had dropped off earlier. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were awful. The temperature in the room was set to 71 but we both woke up multiple times from being too hot, it definitely felt hotter than 71. The walls are extremely thin so we could hear people in the halls. We could also hear our upstairs neighbor walking around all night. I expected more after paying $650 for a one night stay. I did enjoy the free airport shuttle which was the whole reason behind the stay.

I would totally rate this hotel a 5 star but, the mattress in our room really needs to be replaced. Hotel was convenient, staff was great, shuttle service a big plus, restaurant in lobby a big plus.
