Fantastic room with full furnishings, clean, excellent staff and airport shuttle service. Location doesn't provide much so expect to dine at their restaurant or walk a half mile to the closest convenience store. Highly recommend this hotel for business travel.

The efficient airport shuttle to the Hilton Garden Inn was just the beginning of my superior experience at this hotel. Check- in was seamless and the perfectly appointed room even sported a TV that welcomed me by name. Dinner? Their clam chowder is superb! Very friendly staff. The front desk staff especially. Our flight came in very early in the morning. Way before the 3 o'clock check in time. They were gracious enough to let us checkin at 8am. Housekeeping was thorough and had incredibly positive attitudes. The pricing was on the high side, compared to the locality. But, i would use this hotel again in the future.

The hotel and rooms were fine. I stayed here for the convenient parking and shuttle to the airport. Parking is $175 flat fee when not staying at the hotel. I was under the impression it was $20 a night and $175 for weekly parking. That may have been my misunderstanding but it was expensive parking for 2 nights. The real issue was the shuttle never came to pick me up when I arrived at the airport following my trip. It was 10:30pm and I called for a shuttle. Hotel staff said shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I was still waiting and called again. They said there was a shift change but the shuttle had already left and would be to the airport shortly. Finally at 11:30pm I took a cab to the hotel, which is 5 minutes from the airport. When I arrived at the hotel all of the shuttles were parked. No one was actually going to come get me. Will never stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I stayed one night so I could catch an early flight. The room was very clean and had more “warmth” to it than I had expected. Most importantly the bed was SUPER comfy and I slept like a baby! Would def stay again.
