Front desk staff were indifferent to all questions. Room service not available during the day. Maid service didn’t happen on 2 of the 5 nights. Breakfast not available one day due to kitchen issues. Two nights in a row PA system woke the whole hotel in the middle of the night.

Hotel was clean and convenient to reach Seaport and downtown Boston with friends staying nearby. Downside was that we were woken 3 times in the night on separate occasions by the emergency alarm.

The hotel gave off a luxurious feel but the prices were reasonable. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the concierge and the bar staff. .
