Fantastic hotel, very clean, conveniently located one block from Boston Commons Park, a 10 minute walk to Beacon Hill or Newbury Street. 15 minute walk to North End for yummy Italian food. Staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic hotel! Check in was late afternoon. Restaurant reservations info was not correct. Staff over promised getting a high table at the adjacent restaurant insuring no reservations needed. This was simply not true and staff did not even apologize.

I stayed here for a business trip. It was quiet and comfortable. The gym is small, but well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but have enough room to lay out your suitcase.

Great location
Initial the room allocated was very very below standard with a wardrobe in the bathroom and a huge pillar in the middle of the room and very shabby However we were impressed with how staff dealt with the situation, changing the room, offering a complementary breakfast and a refund of room tax. It was surprising to think that they thought the initial room would have been acceptable. The speed at which this was dealt with was impressive and staff were very friendly. Great location in central downtown
