This hotel is close to everything you might need or want on a vacation: shuttle to the airpport, huge mall, restaurants, beautiful park, the Charles River, historical buildings, and modern shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. With the comfortable accomodations, the Lenox ia a 10!

The Lenox is the finest hotel in Back Bay with its charming lobby, wonderful suites, and exceptional staff. Located in the heart of Back Bay, it is central to shopping, restaurants, and the beauty of Boston Gardens and the Common. History and care have been kind to the Lenox.

Overall the front desk staff was strangely unhelpful. No one asked to help with our luggage. They seemed very young and lacked experience. I did not feel welcome upon arrival. The room was fine although a bit dated and small. Three stars at best. I would not stay again.

From the moment you step foot on the front step of this property it’s all amazing. The door men greet you so professionally and are very helpful. They have a car that will drive you where you need to go and offer such helpful advice during your travels. The lobby is beautiful with so much old character. The room was large and very nice. We had a corner room with 2 queen beds and a fireplace. Also a pull out couch. The gym is also quite nice. I highly recommended this property if you like old charm but it’s still clean and all modern amenities.
