It's a 35 minute walk from Gillette Stadium. the first part of the walk from the hotel has no path, but that's not for long and it's not too bad at least in summer time. The room is a 1 to 2 star standard. But clean and safe. So I've used this hotel twice now as it serves its purpose.

This place was pretty gross and people were allowed to smoke right outside your door. I was supposed to stay 4 nights and after the first night, I couldn’t take it and asked for a refund for the remaining 3. They only refunded me for 2 of the nights even though I left before check out on the first day

Its probably the cheapest motel in southeastern Mass. so if your looking for a cheap place to crash, this is it. Unlike many othet cheap motels Ive stayed at, I haven't winessed any crime, drugs or prostitution here in my 20+ stays. Overall, its really not that bad. Youll probably pay 4x the amount at mist other places in southeastern Mass.

Service was good but the hotel is in bad shape and can use some help. They need to fire their cleaning crew bcuz they dont clean. Rooms were filthy.

You get what you pay for
The staff are very polite and pleasant but the hotel itself needs a lot of work. Better furnishings, a coat of paint and cleanliness. It needs a deep clean and the sheets need to be replaced but the bed was comfortable and the staff were nice. Its a quiet spot. Great for a few nights.
