The property was just as I expected, we frequently use the Westin in New York in Times Square so we expected that it would be a nice property. The staff in Boston was less accommodating than the New York staff. I had a package mailed to me and when I asked the staff then the Concierge and finally the manager they all said it wasn’t delivered. So I ordered it again. The next day the shift changed so there was a different Concierge on duty, he did his due diligence and called Security and asked using every variation of my name and he discovered it arrived the previous day as I stated. He had it sent over and I received in less than 10 minutes.

Love our stay at Westin Copley Square
Service was incredible the entire stay. They even let us in our room very early - such a treat after cross country air travel. Everyone was friendly; bell station and front desk efficient. Loved our stay, told colleagues and friends to stay at Westin Copley Square!

This is a lovely property right next to Copley Place and the T. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Restaurant on premises was excellent. Room was comfortable and well provisioned.

Great location for walking to everything! And close to transit stop if you don’t want to walk. The room was clean. Housekeeping tidied the room daily. Hotel restaurant was very good and a nice cafe in the morning for coffee.

Great place to stay!
The hotel is terrific. The location is wonderful. It is close to everything & easy to get everywhere. The hotel itself is so comfortable. The beds are fabulous! The rooms are perfect. The gym is incredible! All the food at the restaurants was very good. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming.

Nicely located and friendly people. Clean and spacious room. Not a fan of their $30/day destination fee. Sometimes not enough seating in dining area, especially weekend brunches. Parking is expensive at $70 a day.
