The property was extremely dirty, there was no remote for the tv, the front desk young lady was rude and down right lazy. The room upon entering smelled of weed, and cigarettes. The floors were dirty, the bathroom was dirty. Overall this hotel was disgustingly nasty!

So grimy; blood on the shower curtain & mattress cover, hair in bathtub, beds didn’t have a heavier blanket and was just two sheets. Towels were stained and discolored. Looked like homeless people were staying/living here and the smell of cooking lingered through the hallway into our room staying for hours (not pleasant smelling food either btw). If this was $100 it would be easier to accept but over $300 is crazy. This property should have a secret shop type scenario happen so management can see what’s really going on at the property. Do not recommend staying here unless it’s out of necessity.

Getaway became an actual Get Away
Where do I even begin. First the TV was broken, No ice Trays in room for ice! Bed felt like a rock. The chair in the room was destroyed. The bathroom door couldn't even shut. So if you want to poop in front of all your friends! Avoid this place.

I am very disappointed. This place was very expensive. There are rips in the furniture, the table had crumbs on it, the ironing board cover has a big hole in it, the headboards has pulls. There is no ice to be found in the building. You would think with a fitness center there would be ice in case someone got hurt. The bed frame was broken. No extra pillows or blankets either. The gentlemen at the desk were very nice when I checked in but I would suggest they wear a uniform or someway to identify that they are employees. I think this hotel is being used to house individuals in the welfare system. They were smoking and gathering outside of the building as if they live here.

I don’t even know where to begin. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our room was given away because they overbooked. After 30 minutes of sitting in the lobby calling other hotels to find somewhere to stay, suddenly there were two rooms available. The hallways and lobby reeked of piss. There was garbage in the hallways. People arguing between the door to a room. When we got into our room the sheets were dirty and covered in black hairs. The furniture was trashed. There was a mark on the door that looked like someone had previously tried to pry it open by the lock. This was by far the worst stay I have ever experienced. I will never book with Stay America again.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at.
It was the worst hotel room I ever stayed in. There are no ice machines, our room had 2 very uncomfortable queen size beds. When you close the drapes, it blocked the air coming out of the air conditioner so the room became stuffy. They gave you a tiny bottle of shampoo, but no conditioner there weren’t enough towels in the bathroom. There was a full kitchen, but not a single utensil or play or napkin or coffee cup, but they did give me a dish towel. It made no sense.

I will never stay in this hotel again. The first room they gave me had hair all over the bed, sticky floors and the chairs in the room were all scratched up and chewed up-very weird. They changed my room to a room that smelled like smoke even though it was smoke free. Still more hair. It felt unsafe to sleep there. I barely slept. The bed was uncomfortable and you sleep with a thin sheet. Rethink k staying here. I paid $200 for a few hours to sleep there, not worth it. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere clean and safe.
