We came to Boston to see a concert at the TD Garden Arena. this hotel was in perfect walking distance. We were also able to walk to the aquarium and plenty of dining options.

The hotel room is worn and in desperate need of a makeover. The carpet was frayed, the bathroom door had water stains and there is no maid service. We stayed three nights and dirty glasses and towels were not removed or replaced. The bed wasn’t made. Too expensive for this quality of service. The staff at the desk and the bell captain were very helpful and pleasant.

The Hotel is old and dated . There is a smell in the lobby and the room smelled like someone was smoking in it in the past . Great location and close to MGH if you are having a medical procedure done

Massive construction going on across from the property 7 days a week building a new hospital wing. But the staff are amazing and the property is nice and clean. Will be a much better property to stay once construction is complete.

This hotel wasn’t bad for what we needed. Close to most of the places we wanted to check out. The facilities themselves are a bit outdated. Noon check out was good and they held our bags prior to check in and after checkout.

The only good thing i can say is that the hotel was convenient to MGH. The room was horrible. When you’re spending that much per night just to sleep, you should be provided with a decent bed to sleep on. There were literally two body indentations in the mattresses and springs were jabbing me everywhere. The rooms were outdated and in a state of disrepair. Lights in the bathroom were flashing, and the fixtures were hanging off the wall. The bathtub was permanently dirty, and wall tiles were cracked. The carpeting was gross.

The hotel was in a great location and was very walkable to restaurants and the TD Garden. Valet parking was affordable and the same price as the adjacent parking garage so it was a no brainer to valet. Staff was polite and efficient Overall the property was tired and in need of a remodel. The lobby upholstery was stained and tired looking. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the windows were extremely dirty. My expectations were a little higher due to the price we paid
