Eine ideal und ruhig gelegene voll ausgestattete, klimatisierte Ferienwohnung in einer geschĆ¼tzten Ferienwohnanlage mit unmittelbaren Sandstrandzugang zur Petite Plage Malendure mit Blick auf die Insel des Costeau Nationalpark Reservoire. FĆ¼r Taucher wie wir ein Paradies - zumal die Tauchbasis von der Anlage aus fuƟlƤufig zu erreichen ist.

Les trois semaines passĆ©es Ć  cet endroit ont Ć©tĆ© merveilleuses. MĆŖme si nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer Maina, elle s'est toujours montrĆ©e cordiale et aidante dans ses communications. L'endroit est facilitant pour l'accĆØs Ć  la plage et aux facilitĆ©s d'approvisionnement

Bon emplacement et bien ƩquipƩ pas idƩal pour jeunes enfants
Points positifs: -rĆ©sidence Island bay, joli complexe dā€™unitĆ©s en rangĆ©e -proximitĆ© de la plage de Malendure. Il sā€™agit de lā€™unitĆ© la plus proche du sentier menant Ć  la plage. Plus grand attrait selon nous. -Malendure est central pour explorer basse terre -cuisine bien Ć©quipĆ©e, lits confortables, climatisation pas bruyante et efficace -hĆ“te qui rĆ©pond rapidement -wifi trĆØs rapide Points nĆ©gatifs -loin du stationnement pour apporter valises et emplettes -proche du boisĆ© il y avait beaucoup de moustiques -proche de la route dans une courbe en Ć©pingle oĆ¹ les camions klaxonnent -les moustiquaires dans les fenĆŖtres sont Ć©trangement installĆ©s, si on ouvre les volets pour faire de la lumiĆØre il nā€™y a pas de moustiquaires. Nous ne les avons donc jamais ouverts donc cā€™Ć©tait sombre et malgrĆ© tout il y avait Ć  lā€™intĆ©rieur beaucoup de moustiques. Je me suis beaucoup fait piquer. MĆŖme par une abeille Ć  lā€™intĆ©rieur. -nous avons eu des soucis avec des interruptions de courant Ć  rĆ©pĆ©tition. Pas moyen dā€™utiliser le four en mĆŖme temps quā€™autre chose (clim, plaque, etc). Pendant notre sĆ©jour la plaque fut changĆ©e mais avons eu encore des pannes. La propriĆ©taire tente de trouver une solution. - il nā€™y a pas de terrasse extĆ©rieure, cā€™est sur le bĆ©ton ce qui nā€™Ć©tait pas idĆ©al pour notre bĆ©bĆ© de 12 mois qui rampe. Un peu de dĆ©coration extĆ©rieur et des plantes serait dā€™ailleurs un bel ajout. -la piscine est loin -porte dā€™entrĆ©e bruyante qui frotte et qui ferme mal

Tres bon emplacement
Le logement est tres bien situĆ©, a 2 pas de la petite plage de malendure pour voir les tortues. Il est tres fonctionnel, la clim pour la chambre est bien utile et les moustiquaires quasi. Nous n avons pas de contact physique avec la personne du logement mais elle est trĆØs disponible par telephone et les explicatiins sont bien.

Gite un peu trop ombragƩ et des moustiques. Heureusement les chambres Ʃtaient ƩquipƩes d excellentes moustiquaires. Gite situƩ Ơ 2,5 km de la route de la traversƩe en bord de la petite plage de malendure (100m ). Pas ou peu de reseau tƩlƩphone dans le gite. Contact sympathique et aisƩ avec la propriƩtaire.
