L'instant Nature à Bouillante
Bon accueil, belle maison et jardin magnifique. Montée à la Soufrière, plage, balades, kayak à l'ile Pigeon avec la decouverte des poissons exotiques de la réserve Cousteau, baignade dans le bassin jaune, dans le bassin des amours et au saut de l''Acomat, restaurants. Routes et stationnement un peu compliqués. Mais Basse Terre est une très belle region, cela se mérite !

Une semaine géniale dans un lieu magique ! C'était notre 4eme séjour aux Antilles, chaque fois nous avons loué de jolis bungalows, mais là, c'était vraiment le top ! au calme sur les hauteurs de Pigeon, certes, il faut aimer monter tout là haut, mais c'est ce qu'on recherche : un lieu intimiste, malgré la proximité d'un autre bungalow, au frais avec une belle vue. On reviendra volontiers !

Super séjour ! Le gîte est très agréable dans un cadre de nature superbe. Sa situation est idéale pour découvrir Basse Terre et les nombreux sites à proximité. Christian est très disponible et nous a parfaitement conseillés. Merci pour cet accueil ! La réserve Cousteau, une rencontre avec des cachalots, les magnifiques plages près de Deshaies, Les Saintes, les chutes du Carbet, Marie-Galante, on a adoré !

Genuine tropical holidays - in a typical jungle retreat
As a couple we were staying for 7 nights in Christian’s house in the beautiful hills close to Bouillante on the west coast of Guadeloupe. We really enjoyed our stay in this retreat most of the time and generally recommend it to other travellers. The view on the lush tropical garden, the pool and the close-by ocean are stunning. You have a calm and relaxing time in the house most of the time which is ideally located to make several trips throughout the beautiful surroundings. It was great to simply chill and relax on the deckchairs by the pool or on the house‘s terrace, watching the sunset or countless colibri birds in the forest. Down in the village there is a well-fitted Carrefour Market and a vegetable stand where you can buy day-to-day grocery. Christian, the host, is a very friendly and communicative person who even allowed us to stay a few hours longer on the day of our departure, which was very convenient for us. Many thanks again for that! However, we have to mention some points that should be improved by the owners respectively have to be considered by travellers: - some parts of the kitchen equipment is very used and old, especially pots, plates and pans definately need an upgrade - at some point warm-water supply fully stopped for three days before our departure and was not fixed - since you live very close to nature in the middle of a tropical garden you are exposed to certain animals also in the open kitchen and outdoor lounge. we were absolutere fine with birds, frogs, lizards, insects etc. - no problem. However, rats coming to the place, were sort of unacceptable and the owners should do something against them, because that was quite disgusting. All-in-all we enjoyed the time there and would consider to book it again.

A notre arrivée Très belle accueil de Christian. Des avocats et des bananes sont offerts par notre hôte . Logement propre, spacieux, face à la piscine , petite vue sur mer. Lieu très calme. En pleine nature. Plusieurs hamacs pour se reposer. Piscine pour ce détendre. Barbecue mis à notre disposition. Idéale pour un dépaysement en famille ou entre amis.

Au cœur de la nature, Dépaysant !
Séjour très agréable dans un bungalow semblable à la description, propre et fonctionnel. L'accès direct à la piscine est très agréable (piscine un peu fraîche, mais vu la température de l'air, rien de gênant) . Les enfants ont apprécié les visites des colibris et petits oiseaux sucriers. Un petit coin de paradis tout proche de la plage de malendure ce qui nous a permis de nager à l'aube avec les tortues... Moment magique Christian est un propriétaire discret et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Nous conseillons cette location.

Génial et vraiment dépaysant dans la maison de trois chambres
Nous avons passé dix jours dans la maison de Christian. Très bon accueil de notre hôte qui nous a rencardé sur les lieux où se rendre et avec le titre punch qui nous attendais. La location est conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons fait un véritable retour aux sources et dans un lieu paisible et très calme. J'ai dormi comme un bébé et la piscine a ravi toute la famille. Nous aurions pu être dégoutés par notre séjour car pas de bol en plus de la petite dépression tropicale nous avons eu une coupure d'eau sur la commune. Eh bien nous nous sommes organisés Christian nous a fourni de l'eau et avons apprécié de récupérer l'eau de la rivière. Le lieu est si agréable et appaisant que cela ne nous a pas du tout dérangé...pas sûr dans un autre cadre... Nous envisageons si nous repassons en Guadeloupe de revenir à l'instant nature. Je suggère même à Christian de proposer ses maisons à des cadres en burn out là ils vont vraiment pouvoir déconnecter. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et mes filles de 4 &6 ans ont joué avec les petits lapins en liberté. Le seul petit bémol c'est quand comme moi vous allez au petit coin la nuit il faut sortir sur la terrasse... mais bon comparé au reste c'est un détail. Je recommande vivement ce lieu calme dépaysant et très beau bref au top... j'y serais bien restée plus longtemps.
